Tuve suerte con la persona que me tocó en el soporte, Tina, demostró un gran conocimiento de la materia y supo resolverme todas las dudas durante más de una hora sobre diversos aspectos del programa. iSpring Suite eignet sich hervorragend, um E-learnings zu erstellen und dem Lerner ein aktives Lernerlebnis zu bieten. Die Software bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Interaktionen und liefert einige Vorlagen. Der Onlinesupport sowie die Kommunikation ist erstklassig.
Für noch mehr Abwechslung wären weitere Möglichkeiten bezüglich Interaktionen wünschenswert. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dieser Software.

iSpring Converter is a very powerful tool. It converts PPT to HTML and makes presentations better and cross-platform. The iSpring Tech Support is helpful and answers our questions very quickly.

I have been using the Free version of…
I have been using the Free version of iSpring and really liked it - but there were some features that were not supported on that version. I contacted company through CHAT and got an immediate response and was offered a 2 week trial of the paid version so I can see if it does everything I want. I really appreciate that and found the technician very knowledgable and easy to work with.

iSpring is not intuitive
iSpring is not intuitive, even for re-install I need to watch some videos or ask for help! The same happens when I tried to update some videos and I lost part of my proyect and still don't know why.

Is there a chance that the folder where you saved your iSpring files, is synced with synced folders (of OneDrive type)? If your computer is synced with OneDrive, try disabling OneDrive on your computer while working on your presentation (you can find instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/turn-off-disable-or-uninstall-onedrive-f32a17ce-3336-40fe-9c38-6efb09f944b0?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us). In addition, you can check if your deleted files are in the Recycle bin of OneDrive (find more info here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/restore-deleted-files-or-folders-in-onedrive-949ada80-0026-4db3-a953-c99083e6a84f?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us).
