Great technical support
We are using the trial version of iSpring to see if it's the right product for us.
While publishing an activity, we encountered a technical problem, and the technical support team really went above and beyond in helping us, even if we're not official users yet.
Without a doubt, the fact that you can have access to such a good, complete and quick support is a great advantage.
Overall, we are really satisfied with the trial!

(Rapid) support - just like their development suite
I have been a long-term user of Ispring (as well as other rapid development tools). On each occasion, I have required technical support, which is rare as the suite is so intuitive, Ispring support has always been rapid (like their development tools) in responding to me, and sorted out any development issue I may have had.

Looking for a new LMS platform
My organization is in the market for a new LMS platform, so I went to iSpring's website to do some investigating and had the best experience. Tina was quick to respond when I started a chat, and gave me tons of information, as well as, a free trial period to help me make a decision. It was so nice not to have to wait on a sales rep to get back to me to start the discussion/decision process! Thanks for making everything so easy :)

We love Ispring ... Our verdict after almost a decade of use
Its been a long journey with Ispring, at least almost a decade. Starting from ther free platform, to their very robust paid platform. I really don't see my organisation switching to any other platform. For not so tech savy individuals like us, I am yet to see another platform with the ease of use and easy learning curve Ispring offers. Also another amazing thing is that over the years we have seen the improved features. They actually listen to when customers requests for upgrades and changes that make the user experience easier. I always look forward to their upgrades, because its usually to improve on already existing features or bring new features, or just make the interface easier to use.
Also price wise. I think they have the best value for money, compared to other competitors we have checked out over the years. Finally the promptness of the customer service to respond when you chat them up is second to none, even in the midnight there is usually someone, a real human being to respond. Sometimes, our questions may be very simple or complex, but its usually resolved as politely and professionally as possible.
Finally i want to draw from my previous experience deling with their customer service. I appreciate the empathy they show to resolve issues. Honestly. I don't think our program would be as robust as it is without the platform Ispring has provided especially using powerpoint which has animations and can even look like a video game. people usually assume we hired a pro to design our programs...don't tell them we didn't. We love I spring, We really do
