Iveco er et dårligt valg
Vores Iveco har været på værksted indenfor de sidste 1,5 år så mange gange, og vi har brugt over kr. 100.000 på reparationer. Efter en gang på værksted, kom bilen retur med en ny fejl. Og vi har brugt autoriseret Iveco værksted. Det er slut nu. Nu er den på et andet værksted, hvor det er konstateret, at motoren skal udskiftes pga en eller anden fejl. simpelthen utroligt.
Premier et dernier achat Iveco
Achat d'un Iveco daily pour ma société. Moins de 50.000kms, sous garantie (véhicule de moins de 2 ans). En panne 2 semaines après l'achat. Très difficile de faire prendre en charge le véhicule par l'assistance alors qu'il est sous garantie. Amené 3 fois chez le concessionnaire car en panne 3 fois de suite! Au moment de l'achat on me dit que je pourrais obtenir une extension de garantie, qui je pense n'est pas une option au vue des pannes à répétition.. Je contacte donc Iveco france ainsi qu'un concessionnaire iveco, réponse: ils ne peuvent pas mettre en place l'extension de garantie! Un comble.. premier et dernier achat Iveco!

Rapide mais déplacement hors de prix: prix du km abusif, temps du déplacement et de l'intervention facturé très cher, majoré de 100% en soirée et 200% le w.e. Incompétence du dépanneur (garage de Bayonne), à part effacer les codes erreurs.
Résultat, toujours en panne après l'intervention, facturée près de 800 euros après dépôt d'une caution de 1500 euros. Obligé d'aller auprès d'un autre garage (Pau). Brûler in cierge mais n'appeler pas l'assistance tout juste bonne à vous vider le portefeuille.
Iveco is still crapp
Iveco is still crapp, 12mths old Daily 50c twin cab with electronic issues from day 1 Computer system shuts down and lights up an array of errors, alarm horn goes off fir some reason then stops after 10 minutes, Air bag, Cruise control, TPS monitioring, infotainment shuts down totally then re-sets. 4 dealers up and down coast unable to resolve as these issues are intermittent, Iveco arrange for a Vic dealer to diagnose and try to find issues and failed once more, then charge me $$$$ hundreds for the time they spent looking for the problems. Really Iveco your a pack of thieves. Do not buy an Iveco. UPDATE, UPDATE. Just keeps getting worse, more errors, infotainment shuts down more frequently after Adtrans Laverton did a software update. Returned to Adtrans this morning to do another system check, I asked to view the diagnostic process but was refused entry into workshop as a OHS precaution. I asked for it to be carried out outside but they refused to do so. Mmmm is it not just a plug and play process? Does it need power supply? Can you not run a supply cable to the exterior boundaries of the workshop so i dont break any OHS requirements? All to hard for them to appease a very angry and frustrated consumer. Seems this is how the Iveco structure works, tell as little as you can and keep them guessing it seems. I walked out, had enough. 8 attempts by 4 different dealers and 12 visits in 12 Months failed to resolve the issue. IVECO SUCKS. Time to follow legal processes.

Problème d'étanchéité du pont arrière côté droit du coup ,freinage déséquilibré au contrôle technique, changement des freins arrières, roulements et joints chez iveco carcassonne,récupération du camion après virement bancaire bien sûr autrement impossible de récupérer le véhicule,juste le trajet retour chez moi ,le problème n'est pas solutionné et ceci à 3 reprises oui 3 interventions et aucun résultat ! aucun geste commercial, aucun prêt de véhicule....juste me soulager le portefeuille de plus de 2000 € sans solutionné au problème et contrôle technique refusé à nouveau pour déséquilibré de freinage,vraiment mécontent de la concession

I sommers købte jeg en ny iveco og lavede service aftale som jeg får en rykker for hver måned da de ikke kan finde ud af at lave en faktura og sende på mail (rykker kommer med posten)
Har ringede derind utallige gange og hver gang får jeg at vide at der er en der vil ringe tilbage, som ved noget om det, har stadig intet hørt.
Der hvor jeg købte bilen var der nogle penge i overskud til min side, hvor vi blev enige at det skulle gå til 4 vinterhjul, der har jeg så heller ikke hørt fra…

Like others have said. Save yourself grief, stress and financial loss. Do not buy an Iveco. Shocking build quality. So many faults. So much downtime. Iveco replaced a colleagues van after 100k miles and 18 months of grief and breakdowns.. but the replacement van was even worse. Even Iveco assist will charge you €1400 to come out even while under warranty!

Bilen er fra 10/9-2021 og jeg kan absolut ikk andbefalde en iveco til nogle sikke en skod bil.
Købt erhvervsbil for 15 mdr
Købt erhvervsbil for 15 mdr. siden kørt 75000 km. Tandrem knækker og iveco afviser garanti med henvisning til at de kun giver 12 mdr garanti til erhverv. Det viser sig efterfølgende at iveco i forbindelse med skift af tandrem ikke har skiftet vandpumpe hvilket høre sammen med skift af tandrem. Iveco har efterfølgende ikke svaret på henvendelser. Could not fix my Iveco truck, then dumped it on the public road and Emailed me to tell me to collect it ASAP.

71 plate iveco daily. Had it for 9 months from new. It has spent nearly 8 weeks off the road all told.

It has been recovered 4 times as they won't fix anything that can't be done with a computer. Since October 22 it has not completed a full weeks work. Avoid like the plague. Been driving 25 years and never experienced anything like it.
Worst vehicle ever and the dealer network is terrible. Just got it back this morning done 150km and the engine light is on again. To make matters worse I had a replacement vehicle last week and that also broke down and had to be recovered. Angry doesn't cover it. Should be a minus star option. 1 is extremely generous.
Extortionate and neglected
Always something wrong, and iveco don't reair there own trucks they franchise it off to local truck companies that prioritise there own fleet leaving you waiting for someone, to one day have a look at your vehicle. And price of parts, £750 ,for a wishbone ridiculous, similar for a brake caliper, robbing us.
Absolutely incompetent staff at Iveco…
Absolutely incompetent staff at Iveco Guest, Birmingham. Repeatedly sent my van for key problems and told need original new keys, then charged for programming. When issues with side door not locking etc charged with door lock issues, now the van fails to recognise both set of keys and told to come in 4 weeks and have to pay a large amount for towing. Never ever trust these robbers...

my vehicle is broken down with a water pump leak which has 16000 km on it , trying to get in contact with Iveco is impossible been waiting three days for a return call and still nothing , submitting complaint on line is a complete waist of time , also cannot send any emails to iveco ,
2nd review regarding Iveco 21 plate vehicles
2nd review regarding Iveco vans, and Iveco trucks. We have a new 21 plate fleet of these vehicles. We are still getting multiple break downs weekly. They are repeat faults that Iveco themselves cannot fix, or when they do 'fix' the issue they can't clear the faults from the system...their own vehicles. The Iveco Assist service is laughable. We have been trying to log two breakdowns today and the Iveco Assist line is crackly and keeps dropping the call, been trying to log these breakdowns since 9:30 this morning. It's 11:30 now. Save yourselves the headache stay well clear of Iveco.
Warning do not trade with them
I am contacting them regarding the warranty on a battery that had just turned 1 year and 2 days old, I have documentation from my own mechanic that the battery was finished before the 1 year anniversary. I was told by their Workshop Manager
Peter Hansen that I should have just brought the car before the warranty expired... the way he said it was with a smile on his face and small laughs, and a message not to stand there and cry.
So a recommendation from here, stay away from rea,as (iveco in Roskilde)
