Massive, massive thank you to Rachel and the team at James Cargo services. Our 2 rescue kitties, Lola & Elliott moved from the UK to Dubai. Rachel made the experience easy, simple and smooth. She was attentive, answered all our questions quickly and guided us every step of the way. Even had a couple changes during the process and they handled it with ease and professionalism. Both kitties arrived safely and happy in their new home.

I highly recommend them! Lisa made it all so easy and stress-free. The portal was easy to upload documents. They were always there to answer my questions, were waiting for my dog at the airport and drop her in our home. They kept me updated the whole way through – such a great experience!

James Cargo Services recently supported the move of my African gray parrot from the US to the UK. They worked seamlessly with the company handling the US side of things, taking over from the moment my parrot landed at Heathrow until she was safely delivered at her new home. Lise was great to work with, very responsive and calm! I'd happily use JCS again and would recommend them without hesitation.

We moved our dog Izzy and conure Monty from Canada to the UK in December 2024. The JCS team were phenomenal with their support through the whole process from initial guidance to final sign off at Heathrow’s HARC.
I was incredibly nervous moving both our pets, but I was especially nervous going through the steps to transport Monty, our pet green-cheeked conure, given all the export, import and licensing requirements. JCS, supported me every step of the way with patience and clear guidance. They worked closely with our export company in Canada and the communication was absolutely stellar. I really could not have asked for a better experience.
Their attention to detail and professionalism resulted in a waiting time of less than an hour and a half at HARC.
Just phenomenal.

Huge thank you to the team at James Cargo Services (JCS). 3 Years ago we moved from Melbourne to UK for work and life style change with our 3 beautiful well loved fur babies. We did our due dilligence and a researched quite a lot of International Animal Carriers and came up with James Cargo Services Co Parterns (in Aust). Once we arrived in the UK - JCS took over with the same gusto of professional, caring, informative, helpful & attentive servives throughout the whole process - so much so that when we decided to move back home to Melbourne in December 2024, we used both companies again. Returning from the UK to Australia is a long process & the team at JCS helped us every step of the way. We would definitley recommend James Cargo Services for any furture transportation.

I cannot thank Jane and the team from James Cargo services enough, everything from start to finish was brilliant. I was very nervous about flying my dog from the UK to the UAE but Jane kept me updated and reassured me through the whole process.

Thoroughly recommend. Moving pets is a very worrying thought process, but Rachel and the team made everything simple, smooth and were always on hand for questions. They picked our dog up from my home, transferred her, checked them in and put them on their way, and kept me in the loop throughout - great experience.

The team at JCS has been incredible at facilitating the entire process.

Relocating one'e pet is always a worrying experience, but JCS' constant communication alleviated any worries i had. Rachel was a breeze to work with and super friendly too!

They worked excellently as a team and successfully reunited us with our cat in the UK. From the very beginning, we felt comfortable and had an amazing experience.

I was given clear step-by-step information upfront of the custom's clearance process when recently bringing my cat to the UK. From the moment the plane landed I was kept updated, and the driver who was delivering my cat called as he left Gatwick to give me an ETA.
All personnel were friendly, professional and eager to please. There was follow-up afterwards to make sure everyone was happy and settled.
I felt that my pet was in very good hands.

We used James Cargo as our import company for the ground work on arrival in UK . Their communication was prompt, clear and concise so I knew what I needed to do. The whole process from landed in UK was very easy - didn't need to do anything until I was ready to collect our cat. Thank you.

I am completely satisfied with the services provided. From the first contact via email, the assertiveness in the information, the clarity and commitment to the client, which I, as a Brazilian, can say, is hard to find. A special thanks to Lisa, who was able to identify me as Charlie and Trixie's guardian over the phone without me having to introduce myself. This shows how personalized the service is and I was very surprised. My cats arrived at my house via the delivery service, which was punctual and efficient. I have nothing but praise. An excellent company with dedicated and helpful employees. I highly recommend it.

Would definitely recommend JCS to anyone wanting to bring their pet into the UK. Prompt responses to our questions and even working late hours to keep us informed of the status after the arrival at Heathrow.

Lisa provide us with frequent notifications from Eric’s arrival, processing and delivery to our home in London which was seamless.
