I recently worked with JCS Livestock to relocate my two conures from England to Canada, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the start, the team was incredibly supportive, providing detailed guidance and a reassuring presence through every step of the process.

Relocating pets, especially internationally, is no small feat, and the Canadian side proved particularly challenging. But thanks to JCS Livestock’s extra help and unwavering support, we managed it together. The journey itself went smoothly, and my birds arrived safely, with frequent updates from the team to keep me informed and reassured throughout.

My two cats were delivered to my home in Owmby-by-Spital, Lincolnshire all the way from South Africa, safe and sound. I was extremely happy with the service provided by James Cargo Services, they cleared my cats at Gatwick, kept me abreast of the progress every step of the way. Prior to their arrival in the UK, I had contact with the lovely ladies of JCS and they explained the process to me. The cats were also delivered to my home, on a Friday afternoon, with new blankets (they had soiled their previous ones). The driver drove during rush hour traffic (took 4 hours) and then returned back to Gatwick. I could never have done this, without the help of James Cargo Services. Excellent, professional service, highly recommended.

Didn’t have a great experience trying to get a quote. It took them a month and a half to tell me they weren’t exporting pets at the moment, after I contacted them atleast 4x to get an update on a quote. You’re best off going with Airpets, had a detailed quote by the end of the day and they answered every question I had. :)

James Cargo did an excellent job helping to get our two cats from Turkey into the UK at Heathrow. I chose them because their quote was lower than any of the 10 other companies I approached, and they were strongly recommended by my cargo agent in Istanbul. I am really glad I chose them.

I found this company's attention to detail, professionalism, compassion and support were all excellent. As a first time user of pet transport, they really helped make an otherwise extremely stressful experience much smoother and relatively stress free. I would highly recommend them and will most definitely use them again.

Due to a combination of personal and work circumstances had to move a dog from the UK to Brunei at very short notice. From start to finish the team could not have done more to make the whole experience as effortless and seamless as it was. They communicated clearly and made the entire process, which felt incredibly daunting, so simple. They explained everything in detail to reassure me and also walked me through those trickier parts of the process. They took on the burden of the planning and administration, which was perfect. Any and all the things I worried about as an owner were seen to. The entire team went the extra mile and I cannot thank them enough for getting my dog to Brunei safely and happily! Fantastic customer (human and animal) service and care. Just took the stress out of the whole situation. I would not go anywhere else now and will be using them when it time to make our next move.

Absolutely excellent service in shipping my dog from the UK to Kenya. Very helpful and communicative from the outset. In, I particular appreciated Rachel's round the clock support (does she sleep?) and updates after the initial flight was cancelled at the last minute due to an aircraft technical issue. The team at James Cargo quickly sprang into action to ensure my dog was cared for in transit. My dog arrived happy, healthy, and ready for another adventure!

I used JCS recently for my pet Bengal who travelled from the UK to Thailand. The whole team were very helpful thoughout the whole process, assisting with any queries. They also assisted with the import permit with the Thai authorities and arranged for Lucy to be delivered to my home address in Thailand.
I was very pleased with the excellent service they provided.

My labradoodle was looked after very well and did not seem to suffer any effects from the flight. The company kept me updated on all news relating to my dog and were very efficient and friendly. I would 100% recommend this company to move your pet.

I got my British short hair cat transported to Pakistan from London. JCS handled all the documentation from permits, fit to travel checks and also arranged custom clearance for the cat. My cat arrived safe and healthy. The only recommendation I would give is if they could launch some tracking thing or just inform the owner of the pet’s movements throughout the journey with pictures and updates to ease anxiety. However, they already informed me that it won’t be possible to do this while she is flying yet I would love it if in the future somehow owners could be kept a little updated throughout the pet’s journey. Overall, Charlie Edmond’s handled my process and was super helpful. Thank you

We have used JCS for a number of years and have always had a fantastic service from the JCS team.
We travel to the US every summer with our dog and we have never had an issue .
Rachel and Sarah are friendly and consistently great at keeping us informed and always answer my emails promptly.
They totally understand what it is to be an anxious pet owner and always send a reassuring message when he is in their care on the day of departure to let me know everything is OK.
I wouldn't use anyone else to send my dog overseas and would highly recommend them.
