Booking process is easy. Receptionists are polite, friendly, helpful.

First class company
Engineer who carried out the annual service was very helpful and polite, as all staff from James Frew are, and was happy with the boiler condition. I have a service plan and have always been very pleased with the service when I’ve had to call on them

Annual boiler service
At every stage of the process, I was kept advised by email, text and WhatsApp about the time and date of the appointment, also giving me the option to cancel or reschedule.
On the day of the appointment, although the window was 'PM', I received a message to let me know the engineer was en route and would be with me soon.
When he arrived, he was polite and professional and carried out the job with no issues or hassle.
No complaints.

James the gas engineer was a polite, friendly and personable guy. Got the job done efficiently and was able to answer my questions to put my mind at ease for future info.
