Engineers are all very nice and very proffesional, I am very happy with the work done.

It is very quick to deal with any problems i have had engineers very efficient and are always polite and treat your property with respect prices are reasonable too

James Frew have always had very quick response times to call-outs. There staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, there a pleasant company to deal with.

I phoned James Frew yesterday for an emergency repair and was told no one was available. Someone came out today, but then said they couldn’t fix the boiler because they need to order a pump.
I honestly don’t understand how a company this big doesn’t have basic parts ready, especially when they advertise quick and reliable service. Now I’ve been told it could take a few days and they can’t even give me a proper date.
The engineer was polite, but that doesn’t change the fact the problem still isn’t fixed. Really disappointed with the service.

Maybe it's a time for improvement not Deceptive advertisement

All your engineers are very professional and polite.

As always, a pleasant engineer who did the job quickly, efficiently and left no mess. You can't ask for more than that.

On time engineer very professional and a lovely man.

Gas service was done efficiently. The only small complaint is the AI voice when I called the office. My mum who is in her 90's would not be able to deal with this if she has to phone with a problem.

The eng was very nice and offered us advice as we are both 77, which was helpful.

The Frew Engineer was thorough and very professional.

Kept up to date when to expect Engineer. Nice polite friendly man. Got on with the job with no problem. Did not rush although he had a busy schedule. Well done.

Been with James Frew for a number of years now and found them to be first class installing boilers or doing a service, they give you a date for either installation or service and an
AM or PM appointment and keep you up to date when they will be there, and there service is excellent.

Engineer was very pleasant and obviously good at his job.
