Alexander the engineer was a gentleman.
Just came in and got on with the job.

We had two engineers visit us. The first was in and out very quickly and turned off our boiler because he thought there was a problem. The second one was excellent and took time to finish the repair and explain everything, he was obviously very experienced and well worth a recommendation for his knowledge and work completed. Engineer arrived on time, he was very polite and immediately got on with the job. He fixed a small leak in the boiler and then swiftly moved on to the fire. He quickly completed the work and told us exactly what was needed to be done. Everything was completed within 45 minutes. Good job.

Engineer was very pleasant and everything was carried out to a very good standard and no mess at all . He even gad a look at one of my radiators that wasn't heating , he bled it of air and it's now heating ok .
