Japanese Knotweed Ltd Reviews

We have some bamboo in the garden which had not spread for years, it started to move, on contacting the company we were helped in a short space of time. This treatment is ongoing, today we missed the gentleman carrying out the treatment but on contacting the company a revisit a few hours later was arranged. The explanation of what had been done and advice on what was happening with the bamboo was given so patiently and clearly that it was really helpful. thanks to Sharon for sorting the revisit and David for help and advice. This company have always been really helpful, but this was super!!

Fast identification! So relieved when told not Japanese knotweed

Used their free Japanese Knotweed identification service. Easy to do online. Response came within 24 hours. It was thankfully not Japanese Knotweed!

Great communication and advice from Ben when trying to buy a property with knotweed

I got a prompt and reassuring answer. Very helpful. If these guys say it's NOT knotweed, you can be pretty confident it's not knotweed

My gardener told me that he had spotted Japanese Knotweed in my garden, and I was devastated, and panic stricken! After all, he was the expert not me! Then I found your website and the offer of a free evaluation and I jumped at the chance. I sent you a photo of the ‘suspect’ plant, and within 3 minutes you replied, telling me that it was NOT Japanese knotweed! I was so relieved and so happy!

I would have been willing to have paid up to £50 for your expert opinion, but you gave it to me for nothing! I will definitely recommend you to my friends in the future! :)

Very swift and professional service, providing prompt reassurance.

I was concerned that we had Japanese Knotweed growing in our garden and managed to find JKL's website after a quick Google.

I dropped them a short email with some photos attached and within the hour they had responded to reassure me that whatever was growing wasn't any variant of Knotweed! I can highly recommend their free identification service.

Great free service, prompt reply and put my kind at ease.

Prompt response for a free service, thankfully I don’t need their eradication services this time but would definitely use them in the future

Great service. I just uploaded pictures and they sent me the most welcome news that I didn’t have Japanese Knotweed. Also suggested what it actually is and all completely free.

Excellent service, prompt response to emails and good advice given

I was really worried that I had recently bought a house that suffered from Knotweed. I sent some pics to Dan, who identified the plants as being a mixture of buddleia, bramble and nettles. His diagnosis instantly put my mind at ease and the process was quick and simple.

Incredible service! AI had incorrectly identified some shoots growing in the garden of a house I have just moved into as being Japanese knotweed. I uploaded some photos to the folks at Japanese Knotweed Ltd, and within minutes I received confirmation to the contrary. An amazingly fast free service that gives valuable peace of mind.

I received very helpful information that there was no knotweed
