Japanese Knotweed Ltd Reviews

I used the online free checker and had a response very quickly. Thank you.

I was scared that I may have Japanese Knotweed in my garden and the price.

The company got in touch with me and I sent some photo's and was very relieved that it was not Japanese Knotweed which has now put my mind at rest.

Thank you very much for your help

After a series of unanswered emails I resorted to leaving a 2* review for JKL. They have since called to admit where they fell down and to apologise for what happened. I really appreciated this honest response. They have now listened to my feedback and showed genuine care to rectify the situation - thanks Sharon 😊

Thank you for your very quick response.
Would highly recommend for anyone for needs help and support with Japanese Knotweed.

Hi had an excellent feedback quick response back from my enquiry about Japanese Knotweed highly recommend

Very grateful to be able to rely on the firm for a second opinion on suspected knotweed. Fast and effective response.

I rang the company today to see when the representative was going to arrive. (he was 20 minutes late). The lady was a little bit offhand and unhelpful so I told her that. She replied "don't shout at me" but I wasn't shouting. She then put the phone down leaving me talking to no one. I was really surprised. I tried to call back but got an answer phone twice. The representative has still not arrived.

I was concerned to find this strange plant in my garden and there have not been any reports of Japanese knotweed in my area. I sometimes take cuttings from the wild but only from trees I have identified and I remember bringing a couple from Dogwood but thought they had failed.
I was very relieved by your prompt reply that it is not knotweed, and pleased by your suggestion that it could be Dogwood.
Thank you very much and I will mention your service at the next meeting of our local gardening club

Excellent service! They Identified an invasive plant that looks very similar to the dreaded Japanese Knotweed as Russian Vine after I contacted Japanese Knotweed Ltd a couple of days ago.
They were very helpful on the phone and they patiently waited for me to send them photos via email. The following day I had a reply. So quick!

Great service for knotweed identification

Fantastic and reassuring service! A very speedy reply too. Thank you.

They were polite, helpful and made a very quick diagnosis of Sycamore saplings rather than Knotweed.

Great communication. I was so worried about a lot of plants multiplying near our house. They had red stems and leaves shaped like Japanese Knotweed. There was an established Knotweed plant that has been treated nearby. So I sent a picture and it was confirmed the same day that it was NOT Knotweed. I now have peace of mind. Great service. Thank you!

I used their free online service to check knotweed. Dan was very quick at getting back to me and putting my mind at ease. Also they didn’t try upselling or pressuring into services which weren’t required. Very helpful

Prompt (almost immediate) and informative reply. Excellent service.

The free service to identify Japanese knotweed was very quick. I sent a couple of photos and they confirmed that the plant was not Japanese knotweed . The put my mind at rest, and I would recommend their service
