I recently purchased a SEAT Leon from the Leeds showroom and had an outstanding experience thanks to Malaika, the saleswoman who assisted me throughout the process. From the moment I walked into the showroom, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming.

Malaika took the time to understand my needs and guided me patiently through the different models and options available. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. What stood out most was her honesty, attention to detail, and how smoothly she handled the entire process — from the test drive to finalizing the paperwork.

Recently bought a mercedes A35 from JCT600 Limited Doncaster, stress free experience from start to finish, Elliot was very knowledgeable and helpful, he even collected me from the train station so I could pick up my new car. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. Very happy with my new car.

When the roof on my 64 plate Audi A3 cab stopped working, I booked it in with these clowns. Was in/out, paid for diagnostic tests and eventually quoted £4700 ( I think plus vat...but can't remember). Paid ECU expert £200 to check the control unit and he said he got it working but it just immediately overheats.

Couldn't afford £5k plus so have driven it as hardtop for past 3 years. Someone put me in touch with roofmotors.com who pointed out if it's overheating, it's the motor not the pump. We have one in for £169 incl delivery. Arrived next day, mechanic pal fitted for £70.

Surprise, surprise my roof works perfectly.

I would say that other than the roof, everything in the car has worked perfectly for 123,000 miles (11 years) which goes to show Audis are great cars. It's just a shame you have to rely on idiots like Audi Sheffield to maintain them.

To be fair, they do wash and vacuum your car when you take it in so maybe that explains the £4500+ difference in getting things fixed?

Bought an Audi from JCT600 Sheffield, as usual with any customer service it’s good as they want your money after this don’t bother, they are not interested and will fob you off, salesman offered extra’s which apparently are still in the post a month later. Why lie?

Keep receiving marketing text messages with no way to opt out. Opt out link takes you to a completely unrelated survey and account set up. Unclear if this intentional but it’s unacceptable practice for a company not to provide a method to stop awful marketing contact, especially when you haven’t signed up in the first place.

I took the Kia Niro for a test drive ,I didn't feel any pressure into buying the car at all the young sales guy who's name I can't remember , gave me time and space to think about it,
I would definitely recommend this business.

While Doncaster site is being rebuilt the staff must be under enormous pressure. I ordered some parts for an 08 SLK which isn't as straight forward as a more up to date vehicle.
Unfortunately for Andrew, he pulled the short straw on this occasion. He was very helpful and understanding.
He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to do a good job and give the best possible service and customer experience.
I also have a 2010 W204 and will be asking for Andrew in future whenever I require parts for either of our cars.
In my humble opinion Andrew is a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Doncaster Parts Department.

Looking to part exchange my 4 series for an Audi A3/4. Having had numerous BMW's in needed a change and met with Gabi who was delightful. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and guided me through the minefield of what I should be looking for. She was very patient and helpful and keen to find out what I wouldnt like to be without when choosing my next used car. Thank you for making this an enjoyable and stress free experience

I booked a test drive and filled in all my details to ensure a smooth experience when visiting the dealership. I turned up about 5 minutes before my appointment and the person who greeted me went and informed the sales staff. After 25 minutes waiting without anyone coming to see me, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told one of the managers would be come and see me. If a potential customer asks to see a manager and they do not make the effort to walkout with the member of staff informing them about an unhappy customer, then it gives the impression they don't take it seriously.

Hull Audi-

I booked my Audi A6 into Hull Audi for a gearbox service, and at the same time they carried out the 23WA campaign update. The car was completely fault-free beforehand, but the very next day an AdBlue system fault appeared, leaving me facing a £2,000 repair bill.

When I raised this, I was told over the phone by the assistant service manager that 23WA does affect how the ECU communicates with the AdBlue system. However, Audi UK were later given a completely different story. This left me stuck in the middle with no consistency and no accountability.

I’ve maintained the car properly with a full documented service history, and I trusted Audi by having both a paid gearbox service and their official update done. Instead, I’ve been left with a major emissions fault that only appeared after their intervention.

Very disappointing experience, with mixed messages and no support. I expected more honesty and responsibility from an official Audi centre.

Ongoing problem with my Vantage tracker system, now hopefully rectified. I can only say the individuals I have come into contact have been an absolute credit to Aston Martin Leeds. Particularly Helen who was so helpful from my first phone call and Mikey who could not do enough to ensure my first visit was an enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and a mine of information.

We had made an appointment with Alex Heselton who was amazing
He was very knowledgeable and fully explained how the vehicle operated and much more
On returning from the test drive we sat down with Alex who then explained the many purchase options to us
We decided to go ahead and order the vehicle to our choice of specifications
Well done JCT 600 for employing such a knowledgeable person who went over and above for us even staying back after they were closed to complete the paperwork

Alan Pillay at the Northampton branch was extremely helpful and most importantly very knowledgeable from his many previous years in the motor trade. At all times he was courteous and supplied me with all the necessary information I required plus even contacting me on his day off, for that I'd like to thank him and hopefully one day I get to buy him a drink.

after buying a nearly new A5 with 1500 miles on , the MMI screen that controls most of the cockpits functions has failed several times leaving me unable to use maps , heated seats , air conditioning etc , etc. had the car in for diagnostic and told it requires a software upgrade , and there was nothing they could do as audi dont even have a date when this upgrade will be available !!! got offered a monetary compensation to put up with the issue until the upgrade is available , which i agreed to , 4 weeks nearly gone by and no one is doing anything to resolve the issue or keeping me informed , it is me chasing them all the time. this is my 4th audi from them and the customer aftersales service is crap.

Sunglasses order from shop jct600 never arrived, no response from numerous emails, only now that my bank has refunded do these fraudsters try to hold onto the money - avoid!

Decided to change my audi for a VW tiguan. After days of trolling the Internet i came across a tiguan R,line at jtc600 s grimsby site. After initial contact with Bradley Whitfield, I placed a deposit, and arranged to purchase the vehicle on the following Saturday. Bradley sent a full detailed video of the car and its functions as i was buying blind and traveling from Northumberland by train., Bradley left nothing out, and this in itself confirmed my choice. Everything was arranged and I traveled to grimsby. On arrival I was met by Bradley at the station and he informed me that they had identified a faulty ignition switch and it was being replaced, Bradley suggested that rather than sit about for hours in the dealership would I like to explore Cleethorpes which I did and subsequently was dropped off , and had lunch whilst the switch was replaced. On collecting me we arrived at the dealership and the car was ready to go, clean inside and out everything was ready to go. Bradley accompanied me on a 15mile test drive to ensure I was happy prior to heading back to Northumberland. Bradley attention to detail and his knowledge and experience made the buying experience that bit more personal. Would definitely recommend the team at VW Grimsby , definitely a higher level of customer service.

We recently purchased a car from the garage. We did not end up buying the car originally earmarked as when we went on a test drive the car was dirty with marks everywhere and scuffs - I do not understand why on earth they would try and get customers to buy a dirty car saying they will clean it before it's handed over - no thanks and please be aware of first impressions.

On taking our new car home - having paid for autoglym to be applied - a few weeks later we started seeing patches appearing on the upholstery. On contacting the garage to ask for it to be rectified, their solution was for us to put in a claim directly to autoglym and sort ourselves. No follow-up customer service at all.

The car salesman was also supposed to call us to see how we were doing in our new car, but that didn't happen.

Given cars can be sourced by VW at any garage, based on the service received at York, we would not go back nor recommend. We were very disappointed by the lack of support and proactivity despite their initial promises to make everything good.

My Mercedes SLK was in for a B service and MOT today at JCT 600 Mercedes in York. Took it in at 8am - picked it up at midday. Great customer service from Haley - main dealer experience still excellent at Clifton Moor.
