Jetpets were absolutely amazing from the minute I contacted them for the move of our beautiful Bear and Cooper from South Australia to South Island New Zealand.
I was stressed about all the paper work but they helped me through it all and sent me photos and updates about our pets whilst they were travelling.

We recently moved our beloved dog Riggs from Sydney to San Francisco, and JetPets made the journey as simple as possible. While we wish we could have flown together (as in, Riggs sitting in the seat next to us - I wish!), we couldn't be more grateful for the care and attention Riggs received from JetPets.

From the very beginning, the JetPets team answered all our questions with patience and expertise, guiding us through the process seamlessly. When Emma, the JetPets representative, arrived to pick up Riggs for the journey, her warmth and genuine love for animals immediately put us at ease. Saying goodbye was still tough, but knowing Riggs was in such good hands made it bearable.

Throughout the journey, we received regular updates on Riggs' location, health checks, and even a sweet report card from his handler detailing their playtime and cuddles. It meant the world to know he was being so well cared for.

Riggs arrived in San Francisco (after a long 14-hour flight) surprisingly acting like his normal self: happy, healthy and ready to stretch his legs (ha!). We're so relieved we chose JetPets to make this big move, and we can't recommend them highly enough to anyone relocating their furry family member.

Jetpets made the relocation of our dog from Sydney to Auckland seamless. They were professional and so totally organised at all times. I really appreciated how they guided us through the process and were kind and helpful at all times. The day before and the day of the dogs flight, the txt messages and the report from the Jetpets handler kept us updated and enabled us to feel confident that the dog was safe and in good hands. The written report and photos from the Jetpets handler were awesome - thanks so much.

Whilst dog travel isn't cheap, and we were a little anxious about the process, we had a fantastic experience where we felt like our fur babies were well looked after during their voyage from Perth to Paris, and arrived clean, fresh, calm and happy. Big thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!

In August of 2023 I moved to Vancouver, Canada from Melbourne, Aus with my very anxious rescue cat Mochi. Jetpets was the reason we were able to do this, the communication was stellar throughout my entire journey, from the initial quote to the day we landed here. They made sure we were on the same flight to Vancouver and my cat was way calmer than expected upon landing. I even received a photo and written update during her layover in Brisbane :)

Jessica Cinque was my primary contact throughout most of the journey and she was wonderful, I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and compassionate person to oversee it all.

The JetPets team were amazing from start to finish. We moved our two dogs from Australia to LA with them. We dealt primarily with Rachael who was incredible - super warm and friendly, answered all our questions professionally and knowledgeably and kept us informed throughout the process (including when our dogs' flight was delayed).

Both dogs arrived MUCH more relaxed and happy than I was expecting them to be after such a long flight which is testament to the care and attention they clearly received.

JetPets was so fantastic to work with when we moved our cat from Melbourne to London. I felt really reassured throughout the process. They understood how stressful it is for both the pet and the owner, and made sure to make everyone feel comfortable. Throughout our cats travel, we got regular updates, and when our cat was finally delivered to our new home in London, he didn't take too long to adjust to the new environment. We transported our dog from Sydney, Australia, to Vancouver, Canada, and Jetpets was fantastic every step of the way! Our key contact, Jordi, was super responsive, answered all our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. Jetpets were excellent to deal with from start to finish. They made the process of transporting our two cats from Australia to the UK seamless. No question was too silly to ask and they constantly reassured us throughout the process. The communication with the UK based company on the other side was also great, our two cats arrived as and when they were expected. They also seemed a lot happier than I expected them to be after such a long journey!

Making an international move with kids and pets is never going to be easy but Jetpets took the stress out of transporting our boy Finn. Danielle was fantastic from start to finish. We had a quick turn around time and Danielle helped us get everything sorted. I never felt worried that something would go wrong because everything was so nicely organised.

Was Jetpets the cheapest quote, no but it also wasn’t the most expensive. They were helpful over the phone in helping me understand the pricing and everything was included from picking Finn up in Australia and their agent in the UK clearing him through customs. Ultimately we went with Jetpets because their quote was inclusive of everything, they were prompt at answering queries, and everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the whole process making me feel at ease.

Jetpets helped us reunite with our dog from Sydney to Dublin. The whole process was incredibly smooth and we always felt kept in the loop. If anyone is considering moving their animal overseas I’d highly recommend as Kaye and Jordi were incredible!

Jet Pets were very professional and very caring when my cat was travelling to Tasmania. They let me know if there were any delays of flights and kept me up to date with my cats travelling.

Within 5 weeks of contacting Jetpets, I had my boy in my arms on the other side of the world. How incredible is that! They took care of every little detail and left nothing to chance. absolutely would highly recommend jetpets. my 2 cats made it safety from Perth to Melbourne. Madeline was very helpful and kept me up to date with how they were. they were fantastic when it came to scheduling dates.

They email me everything how my dog is now with photos. It made me feel easy about no worries about her condition. Thank you for all your support.

Firstly, the agent I dealt with in the beginning, Kaye White, was able to answer all my questions right off the bat which left me feeling very confident to have my pet being transported by them. She left on holiday and handed me over to Jessica Cinque who was also delightful. Jetpets were great at communicating promptly and very helpful with any concerns I had. They also include the fees for processing in the UK instead of adding it as an extra fee. Jack had skinned his nose en-route to Dubai, but they promptly let me know by sending me photo's so that I could see as well as what I can use to help it to heal once he landed in the UK. They did also advise me that it was quite common as dogs bark and as they bark, they rub their noses on the front door of the crate. I enjoyed every part of the process with them. Thank you for making the process easy for me & Jack and for being so stellar!

Our cat George made his way from Melbourne Australia to Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Although I was very worried, I could not have been any happier with the service. The communication and care for George has been excellent and George arrived in The Netherlands very happy and chill. It took him only an hour or two to get used to his new home and he is all settled in now, not even a week after the big move. We paid $5.6K which is not cheap, but I would recommend JetPets to anyone making a move like this!
