The main advantage here is the product. BYD make excellent vehicles at really affordable prices. The range of vehicles is also good and the fact that many are all electric is a great bonus in times when fossil fuel prices and security are reaching unaffordable levels. Dundee JC Manager Brian Rumgay helped make the purchase very exciting.

I was very happy with service I received from Brian Beattie. My son and I looked at the Minis available. Brian encourge me to take a wee run in the car, that I liked. It was magic. On my return he had worked out an offer for my current car. The paperwork was completed timiously. Once signed everything approved the deal was done within 2 day. No hiccups sailed through everything. Brian was clear and very easy to chat through. Great experience. Thank you, will definitely go back.

I’m really happy with my experience from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly and they took the time to explain everything properly and answer all my questions. What I really appreciated was that they listened to what I actually needed. I do a lot of miles, so finding the right car for my everyday use was important. They took that into consideration and gave me some really good advice without making me feel pressured into anything.
Even after I collected the car, they called to check how I was getting on, whether everything was okay and if I was happy with my purchase. I thought that was a really nice touch as it shows they genuinely care about their customers even after the sale. The whole process was easy and stress free and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you again for all your help

From the minute we arrived we were made welcome and the sales people bent over backwards to find us the right car at the right deal. Painless delivery on pick up day, and all snag list items had been dealt with.

When we visited the garage the sales advisor was attentive and helpful. Andreia made sure we were given the information necessary to help us make the correct decision on which car to purchase. She was respectful of our budget and didn't try to pressure us into anything we'd regret.
Although we weren't in a position to test drive the car that day she made us aware of its capabilities. We were kept informed throughout the process to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Further assistance from Allan helped us complete the deal and the ferry arrangements for delivery to Orkney.
All in all the staff at John Clarks, Renault Dacia, Aberdeen were tremendous and made our experience one to remember. Buying a car can be stressful but they made the experience easy with their knowledge and patience. Outstanding service. We highly recommend this garage.

Easy purchase, car in stock, good handover, but didn't get the full tank of petrol agreed as part of the deal 🤷‍♂️ so no five stars

I was dealing with one sales person. Reserved the car. Was given finance details which I chose not to accept. Phoned after 48 hrs to make sure the car was still available to me. Explained I was organising funds and could the invoice be forwarded to allow me to pay for the car. Heard nothing until I phoned at the end of the week. Order form sent to me with incorrect address details. By Monday, an email received to say the rep was out of the business,but what were the correct address details. No fund transaction details could be found by Accounts - could I send a screenshot! Screenshot sent by my husband- not acceptable as not my name. Another screenshot had to be sent showing my name. All good. Confirmation of delivery- sales person now on maternity leave! Sales manager Cc"d. Delivery driver in touch - excellent service. Sales manager called next day to confirm everything went well. Very happy with car but could have been a smoother transaction.
