Friendly Staff. Great service..

I have purchased from John Clark Audi several times over the years and have always received the best of service from Callum and the guys in used cars. This time I dealt with Warren and Craig who gave me great choices with regards to finance and inevitably led to me purchasing from Aberdeen Audi again. Nothing was an issue and delighted with the car. Would highly recommend as always

I visited the dealership as I needed a little more help getting around the settings of my new car. The young salesman Jack was extremely patient and explained everything so well and has made me fall in love with my car again.

Having looked at several premium brands before deciding on BMW, the combination of the quality of the car and the level of service made the decision an easy one.

I also reviewed several BMW dealerships around Scotland and UK, John Clark was by far the better experience.

First class friendly service from sales person and other staff. Allowed to have trial drive of recommended Audi for my needs.

Having test driven and chosen the exact model of Dacia Bigster that suited my needs locally I managed to find one online at a great price at John Clark Aberdeen.
Scott Arthur was very helpful discussing the vehicle and purchase, unfortunately purchase of this vehicle fell through but Scott was able to source another new one with the same spec and arranged delivery from Bristol to Aberdeen to me in Brighton.
As this was my first ever purchase of a new car and first remote purchase (previously I had brought cars in person and driven them away there and then) I had several questions and called Scott on several occasions, he always called me back and kept me updated with the process.
Since delivery, Scott has called to check how its going and I have emailed him with questions which he's always keen to answer.

I purchased a vehicle from them at end of August 26. Salesman came accross well. Everything was great, untill i was handed the car. I noticed a mark on the front passanger leather seat. The salesman said that he would organise a specialist to fix this. I have since been calling almost every week to ascertain when the seat will get fixed. But i keep getting fobbed off. Very disapointed. Did not expect this from Audi. It appears now that they were only interested in getting their end of month sale. I also emailed their aftersales. Again no response. Very poor!

Dropped my camper van off at Dyce, Aberdeen service dept for an allocated slot. Both males at desk were friendly and helpful as always. clearly explained what would be done. Nice waiting area to sit at.
Work was completed well within the 2 hour slot. Great service from all involved.

Grant was very helpful. Good communication regarding hand over. Explained key features of car.
