I recently bought a second hand 5 series. Daniel Moates was very helpful providing a video and holding the car for me until I got back from holiday. The car was ready for me when I arrived and Daniel also helped with my private plate.

Unfortunately when I got home, I found the car had 5000 miles more than advertised. However on raising the issue John Clark resolved the difference quickly and effectively by agreeing to compensate me for the difference. This was much appreciated. But for this it would have been a 5 rating for my dealing with Daniel and the garage.

A very straightforward and professional interaction with Lee. He was proactive and responded to my questions and emails quickly. The whole process was seamless and Lee turned up on his day off for the car handover. He then spent an hour explaining the new iDrive. He is a credit to John Clark Motor Group and made what can be a stressful experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Its all about the service! This is the 4th BMW I have bought from John Clark and my 10th overall. I drive 380 mile round trip to do business with John Clark because the service is so much better. It is personal friendly and always helpful. Most of all the service is fair! They have always been fair to me on price part exchange and any extras needed. Don't change guys!

Just bought a new CUPRA Terramar. Chris and Thor were brilliant! They listened to what I wanted, answered the many questions I had in full, and from start to finish were extremely helpful. They provided me with so much information about the car itself, the finance package, PX and the aftercare.

Collection was made so easy and arranged at a time to suit me. They went through the exterior, interior of the car, the driver settings and helped set up the app and driver profile — the lot!

I would absolutely recommend CUPRA Aberdeen (and an Terramar) and if you’re dealing with Thor and Chris, you can be sure you’ll leave satisfied. Great service from start to finish!
