I made a purchase and didn't receive any order info or confirmation. I waited 14 days and nothing so contacted by phone. There was a shipping delay on the order.

Total scam.. take you money and do not send product. Will not answer emails or phone...DO NOT SHOP HERE

bought 3 days ago - shippiong l;abel created today - says 4 days to deliver - if I bought from overseas I would have it by now - is this really a business that wants my business?

This company took my money then failed to dispatch the product until four weeks later when I copied them in an e-mail to my bank asking to reverse the charge. They were very happy to sign me up for their spam drip feed, however, even though I had unticked the box saying they could contact me for marketing purposes.

They don’t mark items as out of stock and don’t let you know after ordering.

I emailed them after a few days of the order not being fulfilled and they didn’t respond. It took me four attempts of calling the store before they answered. They informed me they had a shipment coming.

They did refund it but they shouldn’t have taken the order in the first place, or at least could have let me know of the delay if it was an inventory mistake.

Ordered an item almost 10 days ago, the site claims that postage should take 2-4 days and it should be shipped out quickly yet despite that i have gotten absolutely nothing aside from a confirmation email. contacting support by an email leads to 0 response whatsoever, calling them and asking to check my order also leads to no help when the site says its in stock yet they just tell me theyre still waiting to get it in.

Feel like ive been scammed

Made an order, they send an email asking for my ID. (mind you payment already went through) i sent it, they still havent responded to it (2 weeks) i called twice asking them asking for an update they said customer support is slow at responded then the second time said they out of office for the week cause they are sick. I said ill call on monday and she said no call more in the middle of the week. What in the scam. Going to report them as fraud and theives to the banks.

Terrible store to buy from,using their eBay store I purchased a gift for my partner..after being delayed numerous times I opted out for a refund..which they have said they have done but I’m yet to receive..they say it’s the banks problem no?!? I literally have nothing to give in terms of information to the bank to see what’s going on..they should not be doing business!!

Been waiting since 08.05.26 to get a refund on an incorrect item they sent me. It is now 25.07.26. Margot and Anton from customer service are absolutely unhelpful. It takes weeks for them to respond if at all and nothing happens. Buy elsewhere. Same products are available for much cheaper on other sites. Don’t waste your time with these people

Item never arrived. Customer support are a joke and couldn't care less. Terrible business. Avoid like the plague.

Like many others have already said, avoid this company like the plague.

The website claims items are “in stock” and ready to ship, but that was not my experience at all. I placed my order in mid-May and, when I queried why it hadn’t shipped within the advertised 2–4 business days, I was suddenly told it was a “pre-order” item. There was no indication of this when I made the purchase.

When I asked for an estimated shipping date, I received what appeared to be a generic AI-generated response saying the item would arrive “ETA” with no actual date provided. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information.

After weeks of getting nowhere, I requested a refund, which became another frustrating and unnecessarily difficult process. Communication was poor throughout, and customer service regularly took much longer than the advertised 24–48 hours to respond.

Had the company been transparent from the beginning about stock availability and shipping delays, this could have been avoided. Instead, I was left chasing updates, requesting a refund, and ultimately involving my bank to dispute the transaction.

Very disappointing experience. I would not purchase from JOUJOU again.

I wish I had checked for the reviews before ordering. They sell items not in stock and had to wait longer to get them. Customer service is extremely slow.

Horrendous company. They sell you something they have no stock of and provide limited communication about this. I assume they hope the customers will forget. They sent part of my order and my last communication before emailing was in May. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Still no refund yet.

I dont know how this could have happened but we recieved a cheaper item in the more expensive box, was waiting for their reply before putting up this review. Customer service is non existant, I have a return lable however nothing in the way of a sorry about the mix up or my time now spent returning the item.

This is a major fault from either them or the company they distribute for, how do they, or their customers now know what product is in this lines factory sealed boxes.

First and last time customer.

I thought I'd put the effort in to write a review. I too bought first then looked at reviews after and got worried. But I had a really good experience. Great price and fast shipping didn't have any hassles at all.

Ordered a massage candle only for it to be missing from my delivery… questioned it to find out it’s out of stock… waited 2 months to then be told it was in stock and they’d express post it. 2 weeks later, still nothing, so questioned again and it’s out of stock again. The candle was the sole reason I purchased. Almost 4 months after my order and I still don’t have it. Wish I’d read reviews first!

I sent an order cancellation a couple hours after a purchase.

Never had I had a company ship out an item before looking at customer support tickets.
