Dressing table chair
Katie was so efficient! I placed my order on Tuesday, and it was delivered today. She was so helpful, understanding, and made the whole process so easy.
Arthur also called when he was 30 minutes away to make sure someone was in to receive the delivery.

Horrible company do not buy from them.
I bought a single metal bed and all the screws have gone rusty I’ve only just purchased it and it is ruing my new mattress I will never purchase from this company again.

Amazing Customer Service
Bought some new dining chairs and checked everything against the list and successfully built up three of the four chairs. The fourth chair however had a small flaw which only showed up when things didn't quite fit. An email to Julian Bowen resulted very quickly in the offer of a new chair back being offered by Victoria.If a couple of pensioners around 80 years old can manage to make up these lovely chairs, anyone can!

I ordered a side table made by them from Next .First one ,table top was not on square.Next with their consistently excellent customer service ordered me a replacement.It arrived with the same problem and is having to be returned. Not sure what Julian bowens customer service is like but they obvs have a quality control problem

Bedroom Furniture from Julian Bowen
We recently purchased bedroom furniture from Amazon that was manufactured by Julian Bowen. We are thoroughly impressed with the aesthetic appeal, the sturdiness of the design and the drawers (in particular) and the overall quality of the assembled product. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no missing parts or surface damage.
The instructions are minimal and not overly detailed, which actually beats flipping through a daunting 25-30 page manual.
If you have some experience assembling flat-pack furniture, you will find it relatively easy to build.
We loved the first piece so much that we decided to order additional furniture. During one of the subsequent builds, I accidentally damaged a component myself.
After reaching out to the supplier directly, I am pleased to report that their customer service was excellent. Getting through to them was easy, and I spoke to a real person immediately. Stacey was incredibly helpful; she confirmed my request via email, and the replacement part arrived just 2–3 days later, exactly as promised.
I spoke to Stacey (who remembered me) on a follow up call just to confirm the exact part I needed, it was so reassuring and destressing to be able to speak to someone directly.
I found their products to be well-designed and sturdy, and their after-sales support was outstanding.
Highly recommended!
