Simple to deal with and the guys that actually collected my cooker were totally professional. So was the guy on the phone when I booked. Quite impressed.
I was a little unhappy about the 10-hour collection window unless you pay an extra £10 to get a 5-hour window. But they did what they said they would at the agreed price. No ifs, no buts. It's fine.

Very easy booking online. Reasonably priced. Updated on the day of collection regarding the drivers arrival . A driver with a can do attitude is always a bonus. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely be using Junkwise again.

Fast and efficient collection and segregation of the recycling and general waste. The team conducted themselves very professionally and are a real asset to your company. Nothing was too much trouble for them to undertake or assist with, and they also arranged an additional vehicle to clear the remaining items that would not fit on their second trip
