Very helpful
If I were only rating the person I spoke to I would have given a 5* as she was extremely helpful and patient but I have only given 4 stars because of the very long waiting time and all the information required before you speak to anyone, which then has to be repeated.

I have deep concerns
I have my concerns as to whether you do actually pay out. I have heard from several people that the insurance has so many restrictions it’s doubtful whether it’s worth paying for. Especially regarding young puppies
