Outstanding Empathetic Sevice
I discussed with Jenny the cancellation of the policy following the death of my dog and we also discussed the cremation cover. She was extremely helpful and very sympathetic of the circumstances. This continues the first class service from Kennel Club and when we get another dog we will have no hesitation insuring with them again.

In the round the insightfulness , knowledge ( laced with empathy ) was a huge tonic to behold & much appreciated when midst of a challenging time with your pets care. Knowledge of how our policy worked / more general industry standards & looking forward how best to navigate all was clearly laid out - so again very helpful.
