It was easy
It was easy to make the changes I required using the web site. It was also good to see the extra security measures. However it would be good to transfer money into the account(s) from within the web site rather than transfer in from outside.

You need to keep updating
I have had a cash ISA for quite a few years. Once opened the interest rate stays constant but they start other cas ISAs at a better rate. You then have to change your account, this seems to happen every six months. Wish they would would just upgrade the original account

Customer loyalty not rewarded
On line customer service is good but loyalty is not rewarded with easy access accounts.
New customers get a much higher rate of interest

I did complain numerous times to Kent reliance but they remained steadfast POA customers do not have online access. This makes life difficult. There were delays in sending me info concerning maturity of bonds . This would have been available to me online if I had not had POA. POA status was therefore penalising me at an already difficult time .

I have trouble logging in sometimes but get there in the end.The service is good they keep in touch and let you know when accounts are about to expire in advance which is good.

Generally quite happy
Certain aspects of the website are a little clunky and look a bit dated but overall everything works well and transactions are quick. Responsive communication via text and email is also good.
