Had to use debit card before they unlocked. Not professional. How are you supposed to use a card if your purse is locked in the car?????

The price to copy a basic key is too expensive. Ten dollars is a lot for each key. Also the mailing of a key that I thought I was receiving at that very moment is ridiculous.

The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I would love to leave zero stars but left one to get your attention. Called for service and while I was asking for assistant the gentle man just hung up. I called to let him know about my review on his service he was cocky and said go ahead. sad hope he not the owner this is bad for business.

Called and requested services for lost keys, needed a key cut. It was estimated 30-40 minutes, got a return call 5 minutes later and Belal was arriving in 15, he was fast, efficient and the key worked perfect in door lock and ignition. Recommend this guy 5Stars

Response was quick BUT get a written quote before they show up. Tech will NOT adhere to price discussions over the phone. $145 was verbally discussed. Told Tech NOT to come if he can’t do the job for $145. Tech says “Okay we will work it out when I get there.” Tech completes the job then tells me he needs to charge $182. I paid the $182 but will NEVER use this company again.

We are so glad we chose KeyMe Locksmiths. They arrived timely, and all our questions were answered before the technician arrived. We had Steven and he was absolutely great! Very helpful, answered all our questions, when he arrived and got the keys made that we needed. This place is great! Fair and decent prices too.

I locked my keys in my truck. I called KeyMe and within 40 minutes I had someone show up to help me. I called other locksmiths and they was a 2 hour wait.

So the locksmith that came out did not program. The key fob correctly, and now my vehicle is still with "my key" restrictions on it.
And somebody else wants to charge me another two hundred dollars to program it correctly

Good experience, they go the extra mile to get the job done , my battery was totally dead.
They didn’t came at the time they told me but I totally understand they take the time to get your car to start or whatever inconvenience they have to finish their job . I will recommend their service to anyone prices are affordable compare to others.

Timeliness and ability

Situation was desperate. Both keys locked inside car and on a Sunday I’m pretty handy but after 3 hours of trying to open a door I decided to seek help. I called a Key Me location near me and associate took my information gave me a quote and led me through the process. I minutes later received an E mail with status showing a responding associate was in route to my location. After a reasonable amount of time a very polite and knowledgable associate arrived resolved my problem.

I am writing regarding a service request # XSPPYA we placed for a new key to be made for our truck, as our driver was unable to locate the original keys.

Unfortunately, the service that was dispatched did not fulfill the service we requested. The technician who arrived only unlocked the truck and then informed us that he was not a locksmith and could not make a new key.

There was also an issue with the technician assignment. Your company initially assigned a technician to this service, but the first technician did not show up. Your team then assigned another technician to the job without our approval. We received messages on the driver's cell phone stating that the first technician could not come and that another technician had been assigned to the job. We are attaching a picture of those messages for your reference.

The replacement technician who arrived also stated that he could not make a key. Therefore, the service we originally requested was not completed.

In addition, full payment of $174.06 was made for this service. Since the requested locksmith/key-making service was not provided and the technician dispatched was unable to perform the requested work, we request that you initiate a full refund of $174.06.

We request that this matter be resolved promptly and that the full $174.06 payment be refunded.
