Don't normally leave to many reviews but thought it worthy for Key Conveyancing. I would like to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to Key Conveyancing, and in particular Beth Artemiou, for the outstanding support provided during the purchase of my new home.

Buying a home can be a very stressful and demanding process, but Beth's professionalism, responsiveness, and reassuring approach made a significant difference throughout. No matter the challenges that arose, she kept me well informed and made me feel relaxed and confident that everything was being handled efficiently.

I was also particularly impressed with the online portal, which made managing and submitting documentation straightforward and convenient. Having easy access to all the required documents and updates in one place greatly helped streamline the process and reduced a lot of the usual stress associated with conveyancing.

During our first ever purchase of a property we have on many occasions heard of horror stories on how stressfully excruciating the whole process can be when purchasing a property, the delays, the unreliable solicitors, the unhelpful unproductive estate agents and the lack of communication leading to the long drawn out purchasing of a property which can take longer than six months, we dreaded the thought of this ...BUT this is not we what received!

When viewing the property we have just purchased, it took six weeks to exchange contracts, and a further two weeks to move in, eight weeks in total, without any stress but support all the way through, how amazing is that!

This is the 2nd time I used Key Conveyancing, once to buy my property, the 2nd to sell. On both occasions, they have been nothing but responsive, patient, and professional.

The sale, because of the buyer's solicitors, was a real nightmare but Mukate, Bill, and Charlotte stuck with it and put up with my regular calls and emails - they were vey kind, supportive, and did their very best to move things along!

If you are looking for a decent conveyancing firm, I would highly recommend them and personally, wouldn't go anywhere else unless I really had to!!
