We have engaged Kingfisher for our health and safety audits at Greentiles Nursery for several years. Throughout this period, our audits have been conducted by Kirsty, whose professional, knowledgeable, and helpful approach has consistently provided us with clear guidance.

Kirsty's expertise in health and safety planning has been invaluable, as she has clearly identified both our operational strengths and areas requiring further improvement. Furthermore, the reports provided following her visits are exceptionally well-presented, ensuring that the findings are easy to understand and implement.

The report is thorough but easy to digest with lots of very helpful documents and H&S advice, following the appointment, to ensure we remain fully compliant. H&S can sometimes be a headache for small businesses but I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly this went and has given us much clearer awareness and guidance going forward. We feel very confident with the things we now need to implement so that we can continue to operate safely for staff & public. Thanks Dean and look forward to the next meet!

Kirsty came from kingfisher on site for myself and other work colleagues Fire marshals Training, It was a great training experience, with easy to understand power points and hands on activities throughout the course as well. Would definitely recommend for any business looking for on site training or a refresher.

Kirsty has been visiting us the past few years and is very professional and her knowledge in all areas is excellent.
Her friendly approach is welcomed and she's always helpful and willing to go through and explain everything in detail. If we need to reach out for anything we can always email or she's happy to set up a Teams call if necessary and offers any training we may require.

Very good service at reasonable rates. The consultant - Dean Horlock - was very professional and pragmatic when discussing details of H&S planning and his advice was "real world" rather than merely box ticking.

Dean was informative and really helped me to understand what was needed for my business, and where we could improve. He explained things in a way I could understand and simplified things I was unclear on. When he had left my centre he followed up with me and sent some really helpful tools which will help me to improve on the things he found upon his visit.

Been with Kingfisher for a few years and recent audit visits from them have not been great but our recent audit done by Dean was far the best experience we have experienced. Everything was explained thoroughly and recommendations on where to improve were clear and achievable. He has been a great asset to the Company. I have deducted a star as I feel their website is outdated and not user friendly.

Had an audit Fire Risk Assessment today with Kingfisher, our H&S advisor Kirsty Fogarty was really great, knowledgable and explained everything at my level of understanding of H&S.

Very much a consultative approach throughout the H&S review.

We had a visit from Dean Horlock, part of the Kingfisher team. He was very approachable, knowledgeable and made it easy to understand the requirements and gaps to meet those requirements. I am looking forward to a collaborative future with Kingfisher.
