Our overall experience with Kingfisher has been very good. They are a business with similar values to our own so it works well for us. He was readily available before and after the audit and took the time to walk us through every aspect of the H&S assessment. His guidance was clear, practical, and very helpful. The H&S guidance from Kingfisher is exceptional, they have great knowledge in the field of H&S, after our yearly review with them in February we took on board the little changes that needed to be made in order to strengthen our H&S needs. When we needed to contact them regarding H&S query's they were answered very quickly and gave us the answers.

The training today was delivered really well. Health and Safety sessions can often be legislation‑heavy and hard to digest, but Alan broke everything down in a way that was easy to follow and understand, and it definitely wasn’t boring. Emma Murphy of Kingfishers, has been a tremendous support for us. She is always there anytime (literary-any time) when we are in need of staffing advice; from a simple employment contract, probationary agreement to complicated termination of staff.
