We have been working with kingfisher for a number of years now. We have found them to be efficient , reliable and professional we like the fact that the service is more personal. What I mean is we don’t have different employment consultants we have to talk to majority of time it’s mainly one consultant which helps a lot, as there is more consistency. Unlike some other companies we have experience over the years. We find the employment law advice very helpful the Health and Safety is ok but do feel the polices are a bit generic and could be more tailored to our business operations. All in all a good service.

Do not agree to an appointment. The sale team are trained not to take no for an answer. Do not use !

Poor - Horrible sales and hidden costs!
Old school sales tactics! Hard sell and pushy.
After opening a small restaurant in the heart of Soho I wanted to get contracts sorted out for that and a few other sites. The sales agent Michael Clark told me that on signing the agreement we would be able to use it for all of the sites. He also made it clear that there wasn't any less than a 3 term option available or any clause in there to end the contract early.
Avoid at all costs!!!
