Lorna is a master of her job. We had the best time here gin tasting. Really good craic and brilliant knowledge for gin making. Had a great time with all the girls, Highly recommend this experience. Warm welcome, amazing gins to taste, unique private experience. Just brilliant.

We booked a tasting during a family holiday this month and it turned out wonderfully. The gentleman who did our tasting was great; knowledgeable and amusing, he guided us expertly through tasting 6 different Kinrara gins. We all appreciated Kinrara's boutique gin production and how they market each different type which they produce. Fantastic experience and wonderful gin!

Brought my Mum here for her birthday as she is a big gin fan. The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. We did the tasting experience and it was amazing value for money. I was designated driver so I got a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit while while my Mum sampled the various gins and tonics. I really enjoyed hearing about the way the different flavours were produced and the fact that many ingredients were foraged on the property was so interesting. I would recommend to anyone.

Trish was very enjoyable, informative and friendly. We loved the tasting presentation and were excited to purchase some gin.

The tasting was fantastic. Our host was so friendly and all of the gins we sampled were lovely! Although some people may say the gin is more expensive than other bottles elsewhere, the hard work and effort that goes into making this gin by a very small team makes the bottles worth every penny! Thank you for having us. We can’t wait to come again.

Very friendly welcome from lady working in shop, the shop & tasting room is beautiful. Trish was superb, knowledgable and had great banter. The tasting itself was excellent value for money, I loved every gin & wanted to buy them all. Home with a few goodies. 100% recommend!!

Kinrara is such a lovely place to visit. It's really easy to find, just off the A9 at Aviemore and when you get out of the car your eye is immediately drawn to the mountains and an incredible view of the Cairngorms. There's a lovely wee courtyard and then you step into the shop where the perfume of locally made candles welcomes you. The display of the gins is so beautiful and there are some lovely local products and the award winning artwork for the special collections of gins for sale. If you are having a tasting, you'll be invited into the bar area and in our case, Lorna took us through the process of how the distillery has evolved. We learned all about the different botanicals, again some locally sourced, and what each one contributes to the different gins. We were offered options of tonics to enhance the flavours of the gins we were tasting. Lorna knows the product inside out and was generous in sharing her knowledge and her pride of being a part of the Kinrara team shines out like a beacon. And rightly so! It's a really super place to visit and you won't be disappointed with any of the gins.

I've been here every time I'm up in Aviemore, sadly that is only once a year. Its a beautiful little distillery with amazing gin. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the shop is gorgeous and their gin is my absolute favourite. Definitely a must to visit!

Fantastic experience. The distillery is unique and I was glad to hear that you cannot buy their products in any supermarkets as it would take away the magic of visiting such a beautiful and well presented area. Lorna the owner and presenter of the gin tasting experience was very informative and lovely. You can tell she has passion in her work and likes to see the joy her work brings to people's faces. Highly encourage people to taste the gins, the artist bottles that are special edition were definitely thoughtfully planned out and designed in a way to bring a sense of highland. Very nice touch!

Excellent tasting experience at the Distillery. Very personal and informative. Lorna was a great host and guide talking us through not just the distilling process but describing the importance of finding the right mixer for your personal taste. Will definately return. Oh and the Gins were delicious.

We had a fantastic time at Kinrara gin distillery we were made very welcome along with our dog on arrival and our host Tricia was fantastic.
Our journey started in the tasting room where the process of gin making was explained.
Tricia then went through the kinrara range of gins which was fascinating the art work on the bottles is stunning, I won’t waste the story of them I’ll leave that for when you visit. After the tour it was into the shop to buy our favourite bottles after the tasting

Had a fab gin tasting experience at Kinrara Distillery. Trish and Lorna were great; they were knowledgeable, interesting and a lot of fun. Our visit was part of hen weekend activities and was such a great thing to have included and the gins were fantastic! If you are visiting the area, include a trip to Kinrara in your plans

Hi, we had an amazing time at our tasting, Trisha is such a laugh along with her work wife. She made us feel so welcome & explained everything brilliantly. We have been to many tastings over the years but Trisha's was far the best, made us both feel relaxed & we really enjoyed ourselves & will definitely be back with friends.

Excellent, interesting and fun gin tasting experience. Definitely worth a visit. Trish was a fantastic host and introduced us to lots of different ways of drinking gin. Great wee girly afternoon for mums and daughters on their family trip to Aviemore. Kinrara Gin is now a favourite.

We want along for a gin tasting for a friends birthday. It was fantastic. Gins r all lovely, Britney who was our host was such a lovely girl who did a fantastic job of explaining all about each gin and the process of how it’s all done. Tbh all the staff members were warm and welcoming. It’s very cheap for what u get. Highly recommend 🥰
