I have to say that Beth at Kinto has been a pleasure to work with. She has been incredibly helpful, friendly and has always deal with my (numerous) queries. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and I am absolutely delighted with my new car. I can't recommend Kinto and indeed Beth highly enough.

Very Helpful Staff. Quick and efficient

Naomi from Kinto helped me when I requested help after issues with a tyre supplier. The supplier was contacted and the issue was resolved, ensuring I could get my van back on the road as soon as possible. Very pleased!

I have contract hired several vehicles over the years and Kinto are without doubt the most unreasonable, indeed sharp, company of them all. I would never hire using them again and my advise is the same to you.
I hired a commercial vehicle, Toyota Corolla Commercial and I checked the damage before return. There were a few scratches on the nearside, just through the lacquer, certainly not through to the metal and all less that the stipulated 50mm. There was one very small door ding. All within the guidelines yet they tried to charge me for all of them including a bulge in the rear bumper but it was delivered like that so had proof.
This vehicle had covered over 80,000, that is a lot of miles for a vehicle to cover with next to no damage and is a flaw in the industry BVRLA guidance which takes no account of the miles a vehicle completes. This is not to say Kinto cannot take the mileage into account but they choose not to and hide behind the BVRLA standards. My previous hire companied didn't and i have no problem when these were returned despite being in worse condition.
I need to point out that Kinto did removed all charges after I complained but ONLY because they failed to tell me I had the right to appeal, NOT because they were wrong with their damage assessment that was already too strict to an 80,000 mile vehicle in the first place. In fact in my last call with customer services the gentleman completely refused to concede their damage assessment was wrong. Attached are the pictures (see google review or the pics), you be the judge.
These are the conditions supplied by Kinto:
Dents:
Dents of 15mm or less in diameter are acceptable provided the base metal or material is not exposed or rusted.
Scratches:
Scratches or abrasions of 50mm or less are acceptable provided the base metal or material is not exposed or rusted.
The red lines on the dent picture I scales using autocad.
The scratches are through the lacquer only.
BE WARNED, DO NOT CONTRACT HIRE WITH KINTO!

Lara was outstanding from beginning to end. She took full responsibility for the issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Moreover, she was more than happy to take the time to answer any questions I had, which made the process even smoother. I truly appreciated her professionalism and friendly demeanour throughout.

She is efficient and a delight to talk with. Very thorough and got all my issues sorted in one go with no hassle - This is exactly how I want my experience to go.
The garage I requested wasn't coming up on her system but I was addiment that I wanted that one - she handled it with a empathetic understanding, she took action by making a call to the garage and got i booked - I was extremely happy & grateful.

I contacted the fines department regarding a fine I received on my lease car that I had already paid for. I must admit I was a bit rude at first out of frustration, but Abbey was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. She calmly talked me through everything I needed to do and helped me get my money refunded from the issuers. I really appreciated her support and understanding—excellent customer service.
