AI chatbot walked me through solving an issue with the app login with unhelpful suggestions that expected me to select options that didn't exist, yet I managed to muddle through and fix the problem by changing the default browser from Edge to Chrome.

DO NOT TRUST KOHO WITH YOUR MONEY. They are currently holding $360 of my hard-earned cash hostage because of an ATM error. I went to withdraw cash, the ATM didn't even have enough money to complete the transaction and failed to dispense anything, yet KOHO immediately deducted the funds anyway.I spent 4 excruciating hours on their useless chat system, getting passed around to four different people. Not a single one could answer a direct question. Every single rep gave me the exact same copy-pasted, BS generic scripts instead of actually helping me.To make it even more sketchy, about halfway through this 4-hour nightmare, the evidence of these transactions miraculously disappeared from the history on my app. They are literally hiding the evidence of their own system's failure while keeping my funds frozen for up to 7 to 10 days.This isn't just bad customer service; it is completely untrustworthy behavior for an app holding people's money. It is an absolute joke of a platform. Save yourself the nightmare and stay far away.

I called a Koho agent at the customer service to verify some details; the agent seemed lost when I asked for her ID number, she told me she didn't have one and that I didn't need it.

I’ve been waiting an hour to speak to a supervisor because an employee should be able to identify themselves—and besides, calls are supposed to be recorded.

J'attend depuis 1h pour parler à un responsable car l'employé doit pouvoir s'identifier et plus que ça, les conversations sont supposées être enregistrées
