Awful company, persecuted me repeatedly for a debt to HMRC that didn’t exist and wasn’t showing on my self-assessment account. Even though my accountant contacted them several times to say all was clear, I kept getting intimidating text messages. When I rang them they said I had to get HMRC to contact them, which would have required hours in a call centre queue. Scandalous that a public sector organisation is using incompetent cowboys like these.

Scam!!! Said I owe money for when I wasn’t even living in address for duel fuel!! Spoke to my duel fuel supplier and they said I’m in credit on my account and that they are well known for scamming.

Horrible organisation. They don't communicate for months, ignore callbacks, don't answer the phone and then phone out of the blue threatening to impact my credit rating if I don't pay. Nasty bullying way of doing business.

Their payment process is also horrible - clearly designed by a lawyer so that you waive any rights to later claim you could not afford/paid under duress. Disgusting.

Also told me on the the phone that they are far too busy to do callbacks and keep up to date on every single case.

They clearly don't care what reviews they get - we are not customers anyway.......just numbers to be processed with no thought to the impact on financial circumstances and mental health.

Rubbish company, keep bothering us for £300 we do not owe. They do not listen, do not seem to have a clue. Might as well talk to a wall.

I received a letter from lcs that I owe £782 for dual fuel supply between May and June 2022. I’ve sent them emails informing them that I moved out of the said property in February 2020 and that I was on pay as you go but they keep writing me. The funny thing is they are sending these letters to my current address where I’ve been living since February 2020

Received a letter from these clowns, says I owe EDF money, I have our final bill, account cleared. Strikes me they sent it to the wrong address, I think this is a scam and they are trying to extort money from people.

Horrible . Not very friendly. Nasty attitude . Lady over the phone . Shouldn't be in that job. Very abrupt attitude .

Received letters for a bill of £280. It is for a period when our rental property was empty before we sold it. I have contacted the original supplier to try to find out how this bill was calculated but no success. I can't get through to LCS. Happy to pay what is actually owed but think this may have hidden charges and is inflated

Diabolical intimidating company demanding I pay a debt of £299 for 10 days of unpaid electricity to British Gas - when I have NEVER had them as my electricity supplier!
I have sent 8 emails all with proof I was with a different supplier, and meter readings, photographs of the meters - they are bombarding me with postal letters, emails, texts and phone calls - this has been going on for 3 months- disgusted with LCS. Needless to say I will be complaining and taking this further ……

Truly disgusting company. Bombarding me with calls for money I do not owe. Thanks EDF for passing details to to this shambles of a company.. ill be getting my legal team involved. These bully's are enough to make some peoples lives a misery.
Utter terrorists. Don't be bullied popple.. go to the ombudsman,make a complaint. Get these jokers shut down. Wish they were on my doorstep.

My partner has received multiple letters regarding a debt from Scottish power from a house she never lived in, made multiple calls to them and several emails but continue to chase the money and unwilling to accept the fact she isn’t responsible for the debt, received a final notice letter today claiming she hasn’t replied to any of their communication, spoke to Scottish power who can confirm her name isn’t anywhere on the account, but are totally unwilling to do anything to help us. Will be speaking to ombudsman and actionfraud with regards to where they’ve plucked her name and details from. Disgusting ignorant bullies.

Constantly sending letters regarding an EDF payment which has been paid in February 2022.
Called several times but nobody answers. I have also sent over 10 emails, but I only receive automatic replies.
Someone is working there because how would I be receiving so many letters?

They keep calling my old address phone number. I call them back many times each day but there is never anyone to answer the call. Tried all options. Always ask for call back never happens. Can never log into portal. The Live agent on website never online. Really suprised HMRC employ such unprofesssional companies

Bullies. Arrogant and do not represent their clients at all well. Anyone looking for a service like this steer clear of LCS.
They do not take anything you say into consideration meaning you have to contact their client for action. #SSE it's a shame you use them as it's giving you a terrible reputation.

Scam scam scam!!!!!!! Do not trust these people. They keep calling, texting & sending letters demanding that I pay a debt which I do not owe. Relating the British Gas where luckily I actually have a credit so know that I don’t owe any money at all! Thankfully I haven’t paid but only thought to come on here after 3 weeks of constant calls.

This has to be the worst company in the world. They are in effect an e-commerce version of a guy with a baseball bat coming to collect a debt, except you don’t owe them anything.
The call endlessly, leave messages that are underlying threatening and then write to you.

In my case that was for EDF (where I am in credit by 1p)

There are no words to describe how vile and unprofessional this company is.

they contacted me through email .regarding a property I owned 10 years ago .
if these people contact you , I can only advise you is to say fxxx off

Absolute scammers!!

They try scare tactics! Keep clear and just ignore their attempts! They harassed me by text, voicemails etc. and hadn't even got their facts right!
