From the moment we ordered to delivery, the service was impeccable and exactly what you would expect from a premium product
And after the first 6 months of use the Lacanche has proved to be an incredible range cooker and it makes me smile every time I use it and find the simmer plate a versatile addition to cooking at home
Anyone who is thinking about a new range should look seriously at Lacanche

The engineer arrived promptly for the service and told me exactly what he was doing. My oven had not been serviced for many years and it is like having a new oven and the prices were very reasonable

The engineer arrived within the agreed timeframe having rung as promised approximately 30 mins ahead. He was extremely helpful and friendly and told me exactly what he planned and checked I was ok with it. My 23 year old range cooker has now been fully serviced and has a new fan in the fan oven. It’s got a new lease of life. Would completely recommend lacanche service engineers.

We have had a Lacanche cooker for 20 years and cannot rate it more highly. We have just had a full service completed by a very friendly and respectful engineer. He arrived on time; informed me what he was going to be doing; notified me of what he had checked and that nothing needed replacing giving me an inspection report.
I spoke to him about my cooking habits and asked for advice on what additional products I could buy to utilise them to the fullest. He asked me various questions about the type of food I cooked and how (we have a multi-fuel cooker of electric and bottled gas) following his advice I have now ordered some additional items. I will continue to have complete confidence in the use of the wonderful cooker I have! Thank you.

Lacanche /Forneaux de France serviced and changed the trim of our 20 year old Macon range. The customer service was excellent throughout, and the engineer did a great, tidy and thorough job. Both the customer service team and the engineer were polite and helpful, and above all patient with our various queries.

The engineers repaired a couple of long term issues quickly and efficiently. Feels like a have a new cooker!

We bought a Lacanche oven over a year ago and we love it. We had a problem with one of the oven doors not closing properly. The Lacanche engineer came out and fixed it easily by renewing the catch. He was also a fountain of knowledge with regards the best cooking options for using the different types of oven (fan vs convector).

Excellent communication from service team, service engineer was very knowledgeable and promptly made the repair. this is my second Lacanche, we have a Vezelay, excellent cooker.

Having been informed by an indepedent "engineer"that our Lacanche Cluny was obsolete and parts were no longer available we contacted Lacanche service department who informed us that the required parts were available and were indeed carried on their engineers vans so a service booking was made and an engineer arrived within four days and quickly analysed the problem and fitted replacement parts.
He was very knowledgeable,polite and thorough and we now have a range working so much better after his visit so well done Lacanche!

From the very start of contacting Lacanche, I had confidence that my range oven was going to be in good hands. The engineer let us know when he was going to arrive on the date set and came on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he'd found and the way to use some of the special features to best advantage. My 16 year old oven is now performing as if new!

Had a problem with the heating element in my oven. Good service and communication with service team. Engineer called as promised on the day of appointment to confirm arrival time. Very professional, problem found and part was replace. Very pleased with service . Would recommend

Excellent thorough and fair value service. Inspected and sorted my 20+ year-old Lacanche Cluny, which is now in pristine condition once again. The engineer really knew his stuff and was polite, clean and tidied up afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

Great service from them. Inherited a lacanche in our new house and it needed a little attention. The engineer was extremely prompt, efficient and helpful. Explained in some detail how it worked and made sure everything was working as it should. A pleasure to deal with them!

We love our Lacanche . It is easy to cook on it. We have not had it very long but we are pleasantly how easy it is to use it. I highly recommend it…

We’ve had our Lacanche cooker for about 22 years and it’s still terrific. We had a problem with the handle for the electric oven but no problem, we booked a service, it was easy to arrange and not expensive- oven fixed, the rest of the cooker thoroughly checked over and all as good as new. Very impressive I’d go for a Lacanche cooker again (although it will probably never need replacing!)

I've had my Lacanche Cluny for nearly 25 years and in that time it has performed brilliantly. It needed a service recently which I had done a few months ago. Everything was working well until recently when I had a minor issue with one of the ovens. I rang Lacanche and they booked an engineer to resolve the problem at no extra cost as it was within the service cost. It was all done very easily and both the admin staff and the engineer were extremely helpful.

One of screws on the oven door of our Lacanche Macon had become loose, so we decided to book a service, since we had the appliance for over 6 years. I am glad we did. The service provided was excellent and very professional. I wish I had done it sooner, as now I feel that I know more about my Lacanche and everything is in pristine order. I will definitely keep having a service every 5 years as advised.

We recently had 2 visits from Lacanche technicians and on both occasions, we were so impressed by their professional approach and knowledge on the product. They arrived promptly and were really friendly and efficient.

We were extremely worried when we smelt gas escaping from our Lacanche cooker. The emergency gas engineers came and cut off the gas. It seemed that a rat had bitten through the gas cable. We called Lacanche to come and fix the problem and do a full service at the same time. They were absolutely fantastic and their engineer fixed the cooker safely and it is now working again. By the way, we bought our cooker some 25 years ago and we love it.
