Really happy with the recent service of my Lacanche oven. The service engineer, Leon, called on the day to tell me when he would arrive, and sure enough he did. He then proceeded to give a thorough service of the range and had the parts needed there and then. Leon obviously loves the product and really knows his stuff. He was also friendly and courteous throughout his visit, and tidied up when he’d finished. I couldn’t be happier!

I purchased my Cluny oven cooker in 2000. Over the subsequent 24 years it has been totally reliable and I have had to call LaCanche on only one occasion - that was to replace the fan element some 5 years ago. This year I decided to get it thoroughly serviced. On the day I had booked the engineer arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and carried out the service thoroughly and most competently. My cooker/oven is working perfectly. Thank myou

I've had my Lacanche Range Cooker for more than 25 years with no problems at all worth mentioning. Recently it seemed to not be heating properly, things taking much longer than expected but intermittently. It became impossible to plan a meal. Reluctantly, I contacted Lacanche uk expecting to be told I needed numerous parts at great costs. I was very pleasantly surprised. The repairman arrived exactly on time, was very tidy and assured me he'd find the problem. Within about 10 minutes he's discovered the problem was only the door hinges, nothing wrong with the actual oven. He had new hinges in his van and also, at no extra charge fixed / replaced the worn 'springs' that keep the knobs in place. I was thrilled and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone needing to service one of these wonderful cookers.

Making an appointment for a service call was very easy. The engineer arrived a few days later, on a prearranged date, and carried out a very thorough service of my 21 year old cooker. He explained everything in detail and was very professional in his work.

Having inherited a Lacanche cooker when we moved in eight years ago, I had only had it serviced once in 2018 so booked a service call as the gas oven seemed to be hotter than it should. Kieran called me thirty beforehand and arrived promptly. He fixed the oven temperature problem and it now works fine. He also sorted out a very small gas leak and some loose screws. He was very knowledgeable and explained how I should be using the gas oven which I hadn't really understood previously. Altogether an excellent and very professional service!

I recently purchased a Lacanche cooker. There was a small scratch on the drawer that had occurred during the delivery. The service centre immediately arranged for a replacement door.

While replacing the door the technician took the time to double check the installation and taught me all about the oven including showing me how everything worked. The service was amazing. I’m so glad I chose Lacanche.

The engineer called when he said he would call (30 minutes prior to the visit) and arrived exactly when he said he would. Spent a significant amount of time servicing the cooker and when he found the faults explained in great detail and clarity the problems and fixed accordingly.
I really couldn't have asked for a more professional service.

The service engineer travelled a long way to see us. He arrived on time and was very helpful pointing out things we needed to stay on top of to ensure we continue to get the best out of our cooker. Couldn’t fault him and would definitely recommend.

Graham from Fournaux de France carried out a Premier Service on our 28 year old Lacanche Cluny last week and the service was impeccable from booking through to follow up call.

I LOVE my LaCanche Macon! It was a bit of a rocky ride to start with having to buy slightly different shaped ovenware and getting used to a gas hob but it was a little power house cooking Christmas lunch and I will now treasure it forever!!! The service is always excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble. I would recommend one to anyone.

Had our cooker serviced and had to call the engineer back within the 1 year guarantee period. The door hinges that had been replaced had loosened resulting in the door not closing properly. Customer service arranged the visit promptly and confirmed there would be no charge. The engineer rang on the day to let us know his arrival time. He replaced the part quickly and efficiently and couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall a first class service by a first class company.

Having owned my lacanche range cooker for almost 15 years this was the second time it was serviced. Of course it was easy to book and get everything happened on time. But the quality of the advice was outstanding. The quality expertise first class and all in all great value for money.

The service was an extremely useful process to go through for an excellent piece of equipment, and I couldn’t have been any happier with the service we received. The appointment was booked easily and the technician who came to our apartment was polite, skilled and efficient at completing the task. I felt like he really took his time to address any issues that we had and he ensured that the entire unit was in top condition before leaving. Excellent service and well worth the process.

After 16 years of owning our Lacanche Macon Range Cooker we had a service call from a Lacanche engineer to sort out some worn hinges on our doors. The guy was very polite, on-time, thorough with his work and gave great advice regarding how to keep the hinges running as smooth as possible and even gave us tips on how to keep the cooker looking great while making cleaning easier. All in all a 5 star experience. Many thanks and we will no doubt be using you again should we encounter a problem in the next 20 years.

We bought our Macon 9 years ago. It’s been problem free until recently.
On contacting Lacanche customer service I was delighted and surprised that arranging for an engineers visit was so easy, especially as we live on Anglesey.
A date was arranged. The engineer called 30 minutes before the appointment time, to confirm his arrival time.
The engineer was polite, friendly and very efficient. Faithful Macon had its first service and the problem with the fan oven was resolved with a new thermocouple.
Like the Macon, I am delighted with the service from Lacanche.

The whole process of ordering and receiving a new Macon Classic with Lacanche was a breeze. They kept in touch the whole time whilst waiting for it to be built and delivered, I was kept informed and up to date at each stage. My Macon arrived into the UK and upon inspection at their site a small mark was identified, to which they rang me and explained, that it was on the exterior. As we had talked several times they were aware that I was at a stage in my build where I was desperate to receive the cooker, so arranged delivery on my agreement and arranged an engineer to come out when the new part arrived to get it changed. The delivery of the cooker was smooth, and I love it! About 4 weeks later I was contacted, and the engineer booked in, on arrival, the engineer was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Changed the part swiftly and gave advise on some aspects of the cooker I enquired about. Overall, the service from start to finish was impeccable.

I had an issue with my cooker and called the supplier who reported the matter to Lacanche. The customer service department called me within a few days to organise for an engineer to attend on-site. The appointment was made for the same week, the engineer arrived on time and was able to resolve the issue easily. Further he checked the cooker over to make sure there were no other problems he could deal with whilst on site. From start to finish everyone was super helpful and got the job done very efficiently.

Having waited 6 months for delivery , it arrived with marks on the burners that will require replacing.( which I acknowledge Lacanche have changed without any problems). The immediate impression of their service levels is very good.
The grill design is hopeless. Unlike my previous Falcon cooker it doesn’t run on any wheeled mechanism so you are left with metal sliding on metal with the inevitable immediate scratching. Additionally, there is no integral ( or optional) handle which makes manoeuvring a hot grill next to a hot grill element uncomfortable and dangerous.
Also unlike the Falcon, there is one ignition button for all burners as opposed to individually operated ignition per burner. This makes operation much more difficult.
Botttom line is I should have paid more attention to the detail rather than assume these basic requirements would be fitted. With expensive hindsight I should have bought a falcon again . Quicker delivery , better equipped and lower price.
I appreciate the timely explanation of their design process concerning the points I raised .

Fantastic Range Cooker. Slight issue with one of our burners so I contacted our kitchen installers who contacted La Canche direct for me and I had an engineer booked in within 2 hours. The engineer contacted me 30 minutes before arrival and not only fixed the problem gave us some very useful tips on using the cooker to its full potential.
