My mortgage application was quick and responsive, and support was always avaiable. I would likey reccomend anyone to use L&C for their Mortgage application process.

We used L&C for our remortgage process and had a fantastic experience. Our mortgage adviser Andrew Weston was incredibly helpful right from the very beginning. He took the time to explain everything in detail and always answered our questions via email and phone calls without any delay. Thanks to his expertise he even helped us secure a lower initial interest rate than expected. We highly recommend Andrew and the team at L&C for their efficiency and excellent communication.

I would also like to give special thanks to Dionne, my Mortgage Adviser, and Afsana Syeda, my Case Manager, for their excellent support throughout my mortgage journey.

Dionne has been extremely knowledgeable and professional, particularly when dealing with a complex mortgage situation involving a remortgage, equity release and a new residential purchase. She understood my circumstances, explained the available options clearly and always knew what needed to be done to keep the applications moving.

Afsana Syeda was also incredibly helpful throughout the process. She kept me informed with regular updates, explained where things stood and was always helpful whenever there was an issue or something needed to be followed up. Her communication gave me confidence that my case was being monitored properly.

Both Dionne and Afsana went above and beyond to support me, and I really appreciate the time, knowledge and effort they put into getting everything completed.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have wasted 5 weeks with no clear indication of where things are heading or what is actually being done. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. My issue was handled badly, and I felt completely ignored. Extremely disappointing experience.

I made an enquiry about their service this morning and provided my phone number and email address.

Within less than 12 hours, I received several missed calls and four increasingly persistent text messages, despite not responding to any of them.

It felt more like being chased for a sale than being given time to consider the service.

A very poor first impression, and one that has cost them my interest and potential business.

Hassan was excellent at taking us through our options and helping us secure the right mortgage.

Rezah was super helpful and very thorough, and when we hit a snag he worked hard to get the required result. Very grateful and would definitely recommend.
