I cannot fault my experience with L&C. My mortgage advisor Sarra was fantastic - very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and above all was reassuring and kind. I feel she really understood how daunting the experience can be and it made such a difference.

My broker Bobbie was equally helpful and kind - both providing great support through some challenges later in the process.

I would definitely recommend.

Very good and they did everything for me, organised everything and I only had to do a few things. Very helpful. Communication did drop when my lender was delayed on my mortgage offer so 4 stars, otherwise it was brilliant

Really excellent service. I have used L&C twice to remortgage and they are knowledgeable and friendly, not patronising or pushy. They are well informed and also honest about options. Best thing is they are free to me.

Liked the initial contact, ability to offer a range of rates. However felt once they had your business wasn't great. Portal doesn't always keep up with progress, 3/4 different people contacting. The one person who was meant to be my point of contact made one message.

First Time Buyer: Fantastic service, wonderful people to speak to and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Roy was my first point of contact, a very pleasant and polite gentleman who couldn't do enough for me. Lewis then joined the team and both were fantastic, supported me every step of the way. Very quick to reply to emails, called me whenever they could, made sure I was comfortable with everything. As a first time buyer I can't recommend this company or the staff highly enough.

The broker service was excellent and I feel really positive that Connor got me the best deal. I also felt he went above and beyond to get some legal complications (outside of L&C's control) escalated in order to meet completion on time. The reason for the three stars is the back end support at L&C that let Connor down. Unfortunately, Lauren was not a good guide through the process. She wasn't proactive or responsive and relied too heavily on portal messaging service. Having not renewed a mortgage for eight years I really didn't know what was what and she made me feel like a nuisance. On several occasions Connor was doing her job. I'm in two minds whether to use L&C again.

Initial adviser called promptly & quickly identified there was a rate closing that day that would be the best for me. They took me through the application quickly to ensure my application could be submitted. The follow up emails and calls have been excellent too and I feel fully informed of the status/progress.

Yahya could not have been any more helpful throughout this whole process.
Not only has the mortgage been processed professionally, advice was given throughout on matters beyond the mortgage itself. This included Conveyors, Surveyors and insurance.
Would Definately use again for any other purchases and remortgaging.

Fantastic experience with l&c, our mortgage advisor was Kieran and he was so so helpful and efficient, I was even able to apply for a mortgage the same day of contacting him for the first time! I could not be happier with the service we have received
