Whole process up to the offer only took a couple days, adviser was very communicative throughout and easy to get ahold of when I had questions. Currently at the Solcitor and Conveyancing stage following the offer but still going pretty smoothly

Everything got off to a good start but I found it very frustrating getting responses to my queries. The staff were all lovely but the process of getting answers when I needed them was hard work

L&C were incredibly informative and provided me with all the information that I needed to make the right choice. I was really impressed with this. The online portal was helpful to keep track of everything but I have had to set up 4 different logins in 4 different apps to complete the process so monitoring all of them and keeping track of what information was needed was challenging.

The second time we have used L&C. Very efficient snd financially insightful service from advisor Hassan Al Qbain.

Spent an hour filling out their online forms. Spoke to them on the phone and within 2 minutes told they are not willing to do debt consolidation that involves an early repayment charge. Then in the next breath told me they can refer me to a company that does second charge loans, who will charge me a fortune in set up costs, admin fees and high interest rates and will cost way more than the early repayment charge for remortaging. These guys are notninterested in best advice, at best its arse covering at worse profiteering

The team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and helped us navigate each step along the way. We will definitely recommend them in the future.

Speed , transparency and excellent communication

We have use L&C for several mortgages now. Communication is fantastic. Nicholas Sinnett has managed all our mortgages and is truly lovely, patient and very good at his job. The same goes for our case managers as well

Jessica Trotter assisted me with my new mortgage and she could not have been more helpful. Jessica was proactive in checking interest rates periodically, to let me know whether there was a better offer on the market, or not. Really happy with the service I received on this new house. This is the second time I have used L&C, and would happily recommend them.
