Really good experience with really friends sales people. It was really good being able to see the carpet samples in the house before buying it. The only criticism is that we weren’t told that the carpet and underlay we picked would mean that we needed to trim the doors.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful with trying to get it all sorted a quick as they could for me.
Both the staff that came out to us one to measure the room and let us choose flooring and one to fit the flood were AMAZING so friendly and just made you so comfortable

Overall, happy with the service, installation and price
The gentleman who came to my home was brilliant and answered all the questions I had and gave me some great advice. We also spoke about multiple options with different quotes so I could pick one that suited my preferences and budget the most.
My only issue was that on day of installation I was told that I had not selected the option to have the pre-existing flooring removed. I was also told that I had to dispose of the pre-existing flooring myself. Which also was not discussed during the preliminary meeting. During that meeting I had explained I have a disability but nothing was discussed about removal or disposal… I had assumed it was apart of the quote. I was told otherwise on the day and had to pay extra for the removal of the flooring and to trim the doors down. And now I have old flooring sat in my driveway. (I’m not complaining about having to dispose of it myself but a conversation to make me aware would have been nice so I could have made arrangements.
Otherwise, the flooring is great quality. Installation was brilliant and happy with the price I paid. Would certainly recommend and everyone was so kind during the entire process.
