Good experience
I booked online for a carpet fitter to come and assess the room, measure and advise on the carpet.
The man came with samples for us to chose from, there wasn’t a huge amount of coloured carpets to choose from - possibly just the trends at the moment but they had a deep red we liked and fitting was arranged for the next week. The costs were explained as well as the quality differences and I liked that the underlay was included.
The fitter was very good- called before to advise he was coming, checked before cutting that it was the correct carpet and cut up and bagged the old carpet. This was only an extra £20 so definitely worth it.
The carpet looks lovely and the quality feels good - I would recommend this company

Stress free experience
It was a great experience. From the initial contact with Lazy carpets to laying of the chosen floor. The staff were always friendly and supportive. The men did a great job with the floor. It was well worth it.

Great company!
Linda came out to help with the original style of carpet and laminate I wanted and she could not have been more helpful and warm. She is a credit to the organisation. The three men who came to fit the carpet and laminate were efficient, lovely and hardworking. As a single female they made me feel safe leaving them in my home and were stand up gents. The work they have done is amazing and 100% would recommend.

Really great service from start to finish.
Quick and attentive throughout as well as being reasonably priced.
Appreciated Karl coming out to complete a quote on a bank holiday, he was really lovely and coped in our mad house, took it all in his stride.
The carpet fitter gave us fair warning as expected and was really professional, he attended, cracked on with the job and had it done in no time.
The fitting was great we loved the result, recommend them 100% and will definitely be using these guys again.
Follow up contact was brilliant again friendly and down to earth.
Faultless service makes a nice change to have a seamless exchange without issue, let down or hidden costs and everyone was professional and really nice to deal with.

We picked this company online having considered a number of different ones to supply and fit carpet in our bathroom. We were delighted at the attitude including general advice and were able to pick a suitable carpet at the same time as the measuring process followed by fitting within a week. The fitter Matthew, went and over and above to assist and explain bearing in mind we are in our late eighties and I can recommend this company not only price wise and service wise but generally for the overall attitude of the personnel we dealt with.
