The urn itself was beautiful, was really pleased, but having paid £52 pounds for engraving I was so disappointed. The text was written on the urn and the letters were different sizes.I could have done that myself

Having used them twice before, I didn’t hesitate in using them again. At a very sad time it is a relief to be able to order, with ease, a product of good quality to commemorate your lost one. And with a prompt service.

Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good, the product not so much, at the price it should come with a sealable urn not a small bit of ceramic flat plate on the bottom

Thank you for your review.
The flat ceramic plate you mention is the lid of the urn that needs to be glued in place after having filled the urn.
A lot of urns are made of ceramic. As it requires to be baked in ovens multiple times, adding a sealable lid or screcap is ot possible due to the properties if ceramic.
Hence every ceramic urn on the market has an opening with a lid that needs to be glued in place.
This is a characteristic for each ceramic urn. And that's why we sell the sealing kits and glue on our webshop as well.
We hope to have informed you well.
best regards,
