Hi there, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience, but we don't have anyone named Brittany nor Jillian working here, so I suspect your review is about a completely different business that sells Leki poles. Please would you remove it from our reviews and add it in to the correct business?

Once again, we are sorry you've had a bad experience, but we are an independent retailer based in Cambridge, England who specialise in selling Leki poles and accessories. We run the leki.co.uk website, but this is a completely separate business to leki.com, which is owned and run by the manufacturer. (Hence why we at leki.co.uk have no knowledge of your original correspondence and dealings with the customer service.) Please would you direct your review to them.

The Nordic walking poles arrived bang…
The Nordic walking poles arrived bang on time, they are a perfect fit and I like the colour yellow, I can be seen by traffic users e scooters riders and cyclists alike now, so there is no excuse for lack of observation by them. It's the first time for me to use a Leki product I shall report back upon my experience later to inform the company how their product fared with me.

Good Support although limited choice
It was good to get a replacement insert for my walking stick to enable me to use it again. I did have to buy the complete handle assembly though, as the insert itself has been discontinued and is only available as part of the whole handle. Double the price as a result, but still worth it. Very speedy dispatch and well packaged.

Replacement bottom section
Advised when the spare part (bottom section of pole) was available ordered it and it was delivered in a few days. Pole repaired and back on the run. A lot of poles to look at to get the right one but they are all there if you look
