The two pairs of walking poles we ordered arrived within two days of ordering them. Nicely parcelled in recyclable cardboard packaging.

I want to give this a 4.5 rating, everything is great! apart from the locking system feels a bit cheap.

Very impressed when I had a call to resolve my query. This prompt & personal service was much appreciated as such customer service is so rare these days. with scripted call centre staff and reliance on online FQA's being the norm.

Product arrived in packaging which was ripped open - clearly a return with no attempt at making it saleable. Product was not suitable for my poles - this was not made clear on the website. Unhelpful response to customer query. Wouldn't shop with them again. I have sourced what I need from a better supplier.

Ordered the Levi trekking ultralight poles as a Christmas present for my mother . They arrived well protected in a tough cardboard tube three days later. The product is in great condition and looks to be well made and durable. Time will tell on that, but to date I am very happy with the delivery service, quality of the product and the condition it arrived in.

Delivered on time. It helps that Leki use DPD for delivery. Product as expected.

very prompt delivery. Unfortunately the package was completely open at the top but fortunately the contents were still intact inside the pack.. it could have been a disaster

Very well packed , arrived in time , and quality even better that I would imagine (Nordic pokes incredibly light) . Only shame : that is fir a gift , I was going to order the same modèle for me but no more in my size !!

So pleased to find a replacement speed lock. Received as expected.

The actual service in terms of ordering and speed of delivery was excellent. However the description of the spare parts was poor; I was ordering a speedlock spare and from the information provided I found it difficult to choose between two items - inevitably I made the wrong choice and had to reorder leaving myself £7 out of pocket.

Needed a spare part: rapid, helpful and accurate information from customer service; quick delivery of the part. Thank you.
