Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. As stated in the product description, items ordered for delivery will need to be cut in half, as couriers are unable to accept parcels of this length. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

A Small mistake proved what a great company they are
I ordered zinc washers and received a package very quickly, however it was not the correct item. Normally I would not give a 5 star review for a mistake but I rang Lenhans to ensure I ordered the correct part and the young lady I spoke with reviewed the order, apologised for the mistake, processed the delivrry of the correct item and explained the return process. Fast, professional and friendly service - 5 stars worthy. The correct item was received quickly and the return process (on their website) was fast, easy to do and no cost to me. Again , 5 stars worthy.
We all make mistakes, but it is the amazing staff and policies that make a great company. Well done Lenehans.
