I ordered halogen bulbs and realised they were the wrong ones - I went to return them to Lenehans in Capel Street as happened to be in town yesterday and was told that online orders can not be returned in store. Are you the same company or not ? - it's not even worth my while now returning by post when I already paid 6euro to get them delivered (ridiculous price) - these will now end up in the bin. instead. This is not an acceptable policy and I will never buy from you again based on this....i went into the store...does that not count as "communication" ?
