My experience with let property was absolutely amazing thanks to Christopher Leigh for booking my appointment to view several properties and for recommended several other properties within the surrounding area, that suited our budget, that we can also can have a look at. He was very transparent and also the team which had supported him gave us a call each day confirming if we were still going ahead with our viewing all necessary information was sent to us by text and email. CEO Gary Wilson and his company Let Property Ltd falsely represent properties, misleading investors and convincing them to invest 3k into their Buyers Premium for which they break their own contract and then avoid any acknowledgment.

We are currently 6K out of pocket because of this awful business.

I would strongly advise people to exercise caution when dealing with Let Property. After they failed on multiple commitments, it took me more than a year to get my Buyer's Premium deposit returned. Despite repeated requests, they refused to refund my money.

I escalated the matter to the Ombudsman and provided comprehensive evidence to support my complaint. After a long and frustrating process, I was awarded a full refund plus compensation.

I would never recommend Let Property and will not use their services again.
