From my first initial contact with Let property Freddie who started the ball rolling they have been professional and polite not dragging there feet in anyway they got me near the price I was after which was delt with Daniel so all in all a great experience I would certainly recommend them .

This company used dishonest practices throughout my experience,
Firstly they gave me an inflated valuation of the property,and once they got my custom , pressurised me constantly to reduce the price.

We never mentioned agents fees because I was told , as the seller, there wouldn’t be any fees , only the buyer pays these.

Once an offer was agreed , and the transaction progressed, suddenly a figure for fees appeared, although I queried it on several occasions , I was assured the buyer paid this fee.

After the completion day , the buyer and I communicated and realised that the offer from the buyer was more , exactly the difference of the fees , they have lied about the offer and fees throughout .

I would not recommend this company on any level ,
