Professional service that was too the point. If you’re an experienced investor. So far I can say my experience was on point. I asked technical questions with good answers. With some negations we managed to work an alternate arrangement to adjust their policies to help get the deal over the line. Very pleased.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Pressured into making snap decisions re signing up. Contracts very company centric ie can’t get out after 7 day cooling off period if you have accepted an offer even if you want to pull out of the sale, penalty of 6k minimum if you do so!!! So be warned, check and double check the wording & T&Cs before you sign that electronic form, contract.
You are assigned different workers at several different stages, some change at the drop of a hat. Seems like a definite reluctance to communicate via email (chat, text or phone mostly) So having a clear history of what was said and by who is difficult to follow. Contact changes from text to watts app to calling frequently.
Would I ever use this company again or recommend them, certainly not. Go to your high street agency, at least you know who you are dealing with.

Very unsatisfactory
It is odd that after the exclusivity agreement, there is a further 28 days notice period.
Regardless my main issue, was the lack of communication. In 8 weeks plus the 28 days notice period, I received 2 calls (despite me calling to try and find out why I wasn't receiving updates), and unanswered E Mails.
The on board team and sales team did not appear to be on the same page (investors wanted to offer £20k to £30k less that had originally been anticipated).
An unsatisfactory experience.
