Rachel is what made my experience great! She is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I feel as though she knows her stuff and I can trust her. She also goes above and beyond, trying to respond to emails and texts, etc. to answer questions. I have dealt with Rachel in the past, so I looked up where she was working now and approached her to see if she could still help me even though she was not in the same Territory as me anymore. She of course could:) My settlement went through on the 31st of October - but there was no date of experience as Rachel was helping me over a 2-month period - right from my first phone call when I called to see if she could help me and discuss my situation. I would highly recommend Rachel to any of my friends and colleagues.
