I had never bought a house before and was very overwhelmed.
My friend referred Simon to me as having a mortgage broker makes the whole process much less stressful. Even though Simon is in NSW and I am in Perth, he was more than happy to take me on. Regardless of how basic or complex, he answered any questions I had, with patience and understanding. He was prompt and even responded outside of typical work hours.
We did have an unfortunate issue that delayed settlement, due to certain procedures differing between states that we weren't aware of, but Simon offered to personally rectify the potential fallout I may face.
Overall I would definitely recommend getting a mortgage broker. Simon made the whole process so much less stressful than it could have been.

Simon was wonderful to deal with very helpful and was available 24/7 we had a very complex financial situation and majority of banks would not even meet with us to discuss refinancing however Simon from Liberty went above and beyond to help us achieve our refinancing goals, he is not pushy and was able to offer multiple solutions highly recommend Simon
