I recently turned to Liberty based on a suggestion from another joinery firm I'd worked with. Impressively, they arrived at the site in under 20 minutes, swiftly identified the problem, and had all the necessary parts on hand to fix the door efficiently. Their deep expertise was evident, and they kept me updated throughout the process. Dennis was not only extremely helpful but also a delight to interact with, adding a touch of humor to the job. I highly recommend their prompt and excellent service.

Denis was brilliant could not recommend him more! I called at 11.15 on Christmas Eve he was here by 12 and had our door fixed in 20 mins he did a great job! And kept us all laughing with his brilliant sense of humour! Thanks again Denis for a great job! Highly recommend!

Just used liberty on the recommendation of another joinery company that i recently used. They were at the property within 20 minutes, were able to locate issue and carried all replacements required and fix the door promptly and also with a great deal of knowledge/experience and keep you informed of what they were doing at all times. Dennis was helpful and also very easy/pleasant to deal with and had good banter while doing the job, very much recommend for prompt and great service.

Dennis was great: arrived big on time; immediately identified the problem; completed the job and entertained me with his chat. Good value. I would immediately recommend him to any of my friends or neighbours needing help from a locksmith.

I called Liberty Locksmiths and Denis arrived at my Mum’s house within 45 minutes and had changed the lock within 15 minutes, excellent service, I am a very happy customer.

Denis was able to attend within 15 minutes and replace the mechanism on our front door, as it had broken and we couldn’t get the door open. He also had a look at the back door, which was beginning to have the same issue, and fixed it before it became a bigger problem. Very quick and reliable service, would highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Contacted Denis first thing in the morning and came later in the day at my request. New door handle fitted which wasn’t straightforward. Adjusted door fitting and made door lock work better than it’s done in past few years. Can’t fault and all with a friendly chat!
