Denis was incredibly quick to respond to my message and fix the door. It happened to be our main entrance door—and on Halloween day of all days! I was really worried about the kids who would be coming by for trick-or-treat and having to leave without sweeties from our place.

Denis arrived right on time, was very polite, and clearly explained what went wrong with the door before promptly fixing it. Hurray — the door is now working perfectly, and I’m ready to welcome all the little ghosts and goblins tonight!

Called late afternoon to enquire about getting a repair on some balcony doors and Denis was able to attend the same day which was very much appreciated. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it in no time, leaving time to look at another problem door. He even did some additional repairs and didn’t charge for these.
