Little Cherry Reviews

The best choice of biodegradable table wear. Love the prices and friendly service :)

Good product the fourth year I have ordered and used the palm leaf plates
Delivery straight forward and quick
Thank you

Ignored all my communications regarding missing items in an order. That is until I was about to raise a credit card chargeback. Even then, it was a part refund with no apology or acknowledgement.

Shame because the products I did receive are ok but I would avoid this company in the future.

Ordered 25mm square palm-leaf plates and 10 x polished coconut bowls. Delivery prompt. Plates were very good. However, the bowls were dreadful. They were premium priced by comparison to the plates. poorly finished, mismatched, unstable and not fit for their purpose. I complained to Little Cherry x 2 by email - there isn’t a phone-line. They didn’t respond.

Paper pom-poms were NOT plastic free as the website claims. Several arrived in individual plastic sleeves with text looking suspiciously made-in-China (‘ the paper flower will bring your life unexpected glorious’). Others had had the sleeve removed but were clearly the same thing. I definitely won’t bother with this company again.

Additional issues - gold Pom Pom was only gold on one side of paper. Some had no ribbon to hang them.

I struggled to find any instructions on making them up in the package or on the website, and when I found generic instructions on YouTube, I realised why they don’t advertise this. What you are buying is basically folded and cut tissue paper which requires 10 minutes each to assemble - in fact it would be more eco friendly and sensible to just buy tissue paper locally and take an extra minute folding and cutting it in addition to the 10 minutes you will spend making up the pom-pom in any case.

Always reliable, speedy service with a great product thank you

Brilliant product, prices and delivery!

Ordered from here but they have sent the wrong product wrong size and quantity, and missing lids. I contacted them straight away - chased up and they are avoiding emails

Good quality product and value for money.

Love the colours

I still haven't received this order, which I placed 11 days ago for an event on Wednesday. I have emailed to enquire where it is and haven't had a reply.

A party should not be an environmental disaster and Little Cherry makes it easy to get good quality recyclable cutlery glasses ect. We have used them every year for several years and have always been pleased with the qualty, value for money and speed of delivery.

Speedy delivery on excellent quality items

Quick and easy ordering for sustainable, compostable party products along with a good delivery service. Very happy customer.

It’s was fantastic dealing with Little Cherry, I couldn’t have ask for anything more. All my queries were answered systematically and promptly.

I did buy 2 items and only received 1. I have sent several emails to several support email addresses and have not received any feedback so far. Very bad in my opinion.

Brilliant, quick delivery and great product.

Got the order i wanted and fast delivery.
